Excellent customer service and prompt communication. I needed a replacement aluminium filter for my 10 year old glass cooker hood and rather than just ordering myself from the website, I contacted customer services who responded immediately asking for details to ensure I got the correct one. After sending measurements and details from the rating plate, I received the correct part within 2 days. Would definitely recommend and use this company again. Well done and thanks 😊
I ordered a cooker hood filter which was soon delivered, but I had ordered the wrong size.Karen and Kurtis were very kind and patient with me and I eventually returned item and received my refund immediately.Would certainly recommend this company for great service and after sales service.!!!
Was looking for spares for ageing cooker hoods owned by myself and my dad - a Smeg and an old Cooke & Lewis (Cata). We had used both original maker's parts and compatible parts over the years - compatible parts proved to be as effective and more reasonably priced. Tried maker's sites, espares, buyspares and this website. Believe I did buy some carbon filters from them quite a while back. Found everything that was needed on this easy to use website which supplies for a vast range of hoods of all ages and makes, as well as "unbranded" - just need a model number. Like the fact that compatibility is easy to see. One order placed for our Cooke & Lewis hood - noted that bulbs were not in stock so they were pre-ordered. As a result of that I realised that all the items would be dispatched once the bulbs became available - not an issue. Free P&P too on that one as the order was over £40. Another order placed a few days later as Dad wanted some spare carbon filters and bulbs to add to his dwindling supply. A few days later and my old Cooke & Lewis (Cata) hood gave up the ghost in a spectacular fashion! As I now had to buy a new hood the order I'd placed for spares for it was now surplus to requirements. Sent an email enquiry to see if the order could be cancelled if it hadn't yet been dispatched - knowing that this might save the company the cost of posting the items out. Just twenty minutes later I received a lovely email response from Karen. Karen advised, in a friendly and cheerful way, that the order had been cancelled and a refund had been authorised. As I'd paid via Paypal, Paypal also sent their auto-email confirming that a refund was on the way! Wow! How efficient was that? I am more than happy to recommend this company and applaud Karen and her excellent customer service.
Shocking customer service. One of the filter is faulty and I tried to return but it was like they did not read what i said properly. One email said to send the goods back, next email said not to send. I tried to get the clarification but all I got was a stupid nonsense email. Tried to call, no one picked the phone up. Looks like I will have to contact my credit card to get the refund.
