Belling cooker hood charcoal filters very difficult to find. Although brand new, model number impossible to find. Contacted these guys, answered same morning, after sending some photos of the filter and serial number they recommended some filters which arrived the next day and fitted. Great service. Thank you.
Asked support for advice on item needed & sent 2 photos. Email said response within 24 hours waited 3 days to be told by RIO I had to provide model number or no help. If I knew that I would have supplied! Utterly useless DO NOT USE. purchased item with an alternative very helpful companyIgnore the response below….the email you get says we reply usually within 24 hours no mention of weekends and a contact of mine was NOT required to provide a model number as they also did not have yet they were assisted and all I got in response is sarcastic nothing….
Great company to deal with.I purchased a property with a cooker hood but had no idea what filters to buy.Sent photos to them with a message and within 10 minutes had a reply with photos what to order.Placed order and they was here in next to no timeWill definitely use this company again.😊
Excellent customer service. Ordered some new filters which were received damaged (most likely handling issue). Dropped an email to customer services and new filters dispatched within an hour with an apology. Replacement delivered within 36 hours.
I bought new filters as the old ones in the house were clogged and corroded. It's a good hood though and the new filters are good quality (a perfect fit - there is a big range of sizes for different manufacturers and models).A good price, well packed and prompt delivery.Very pleased here and fully recommend this seller.EXCELLENT. Couldnt find a filter to fit my cooker hood, contacted cooker Hood Filters who asked for measurements and found a compatible filter. Staff were extremely helpful and answered my queries immediately. My order was here in 2 days. I would recommend getting in touch with them for any requirements
