Staff are very helpful and responsive. My problem was solved and I knew what articule I need to order for my appliances. Help was accompanied with a lot of detailed information and right questions from their side. I am very happy and thankful.
Really awful experience.I strongly recommend you improve your website. Ordered 2 charcoal filters which I expected to be delivered in 3-5 days as stated in the invoice and confirmation email. After a week, I hadn’t received any tracking so I contacted the company. Reply was prompt, however they told me the part was out of stock when I ordered and would be back in stock in 2 weeks. I checked the desktop website to see the TINIEST text informing the customer of this. During checkout, nothing mentioned about the stock issue. Even in the emails, absolutely no mention of them having no stock.To be fair, the mobile version of the website is clear about this, but not everyone orders on their mobile.Fix up!! I didn’t pay £80 to wait a month for some charcoal filters. And I don’t want a refund, I just wanted my filters within 3-5 days! :(
Just replaced our extractor filter and am really pleased to have the task done with so little hassle. The site has a good search function and gives dimensions, so it was easy to find the Howden's compatible filter. My order arrived today and I just popped it in.I have no idea how much the original cost (Howden's pricing seems very opaque), but this seemed very good value.
Posted a question on their website re a potential purchase. Said they would respomd within 24 hrs. Well, they exceeded that easily & responded within an hour. Got great help from a lady called Karen. She confirmed the correct part I needed. I placed the order & it was received 2 days later. Absolutley brilliant service. Parts now fitted. Would definitely use this company again.
Got an accurate and fast respinse for my queries from kurtis who matched the hood reference to the correct product. He did not try and oversell me a product i did not need.I ordered thursday, delivered on saturday morning. Perfect fit.I highly recomend this companyand i would stay away from ship it appliances who gave me a terrible experience.
