Excellent customer service ! Very helpful staff particularly Kurtis who was extremely quick in responding and sourcing the part that I needed. I had been searching for this part for years and believed that it would be impossible to obtain as my extractor fan was already 20 years old. Delivery was prompt and as the part ordered was very fragile it arrived in extremely secure packaging. Will definitely use this company again. Top class !
Who knew?! I was thinking I would need to replace my cooker hood when I discovered this amazing website. Difuser, bulbs, filters etc all easily ordered and replaced myself, a bit(!) of a clean and it looks like I have a new hood. Impressed with ease of navigation of website to find correct parts,which once ordered arrived quickly.
I ordered the wrong cooker filter for my cooker hood. I emailed customer services they were a great help managed to find me the correct one to buy and easy to return the incorrect ones. Kurtis was a great help highly recommend!! Thanks again
Great help and great customer service. Cannot recommend enough. The very kind person I spoke to (Kurtis) was the only person able to help me find the correct filters for my cooker hood. Bought the hood from Argos yet they couldn't help with the filters. It's a Bush hood so contacted Bush, they were unable to help with the filters... Searched online with the model number we needed and it doesn't exist.. Eventually got through to Kurtis, with super speedy email responses, and within about 3 emails he found exactly what we needed. The filters arrived quickly, fitted easily and now we know which filters we will need in the future. Thank you very much!
I needed to change the filters in my CDA kitchen extractor hood having never replaced them ( I know, ugh). Googled around and came across Cooker Hood Filters who had them in stock. Having never used them before, checked out the reviews and decided to purchase from them. Not disappointed at all, filter arrived within 3 days as specified and appeared to be an exact match. A little bit fidley to fit but not because of Cooker Hood Filters, just the design of the hood. Unfortunately and totally my mistake I assumed they came as a pack of 2 because the hood required 2, silly me. E-mailed them and received a prompt e mail return which was a wonderful customer service response. They waived the postage on my second order which again arrived within 3 days. Both filters now operational, look exactly like the very greasy ones I replaced only much cleaner. Brilliant service, would use them again and I definitely recommend them. Excellent.
I put something on their contact form and had a response just after 9am the following day. I sent photos of hood and part was identified which i then ordered. Amazingly helpful, prompt and despite only a few days before Christmas the cooker hood filter arrived in a couple of days.
This is the place to go to replace that yucky cooker hood filter that you completely forgot to look at for a long long time.I was ashamed and completely grossed out by it, so went online immediately and found cookerhoodfilters - typed in my model and found what I wanted - brilliant.It arrived extremely quickly, the old one went straight in the bin and the new is in pride of place.Now you can come to my house for dinner.Go for it, you won't be disappointed.And can I just add, I have not been emailed (yet) to ask for a review, I have done this, because I am so pleased with the whole process.
I was amazed how difficult it was to find charcoal filters for my ductless stovetop hood. I searched online for quite some time and found a couple of websites, however their too good to be true prices truly were too good to be true based on their terrible reviews. I stumbled upon this website, and found some glowing reviews. I then emailed them for assistance in identifying an in-stock comparable filter for my hood. They were very responsive, and requested and reviewed pictures of my hood and old filter to verify fittment. They then informed me of the comparable filter, which they had in stock. I placed my order, which I then received 7 business days later, including their processing time! Did I mention they are in the UK and I am in the United States?! I am highly impressed and will not hesitate to order from them again! Thank you!
