Exceptional service, very helpful. I couldn't find compatible filters for my new cooker hood anywhere due to manufacturers going out of business, but the customer service team assisted me in finding ones that fit. I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you!
I had a very, very old cooker hood which needed a new carbon filter. Cooker Hood filters quickly identified the correct filter which was quickly despatched and arrived speedily. Within 36 hours of my enquiry the filter arrived and I have fitted it! Exceptional service.
Cooker hood filters ,I only had the make of my cooker hood with no other information. I contacted cooker hood filters ltd within a few minutes I had a reply advising how to measure my existing filters ,I replied with the measurements and within the hour I had all the information to order the replacement parts , and at very responsible price with fast postage and delivery highly recommend.
Ordered a filter last week and a week later we still haven't received our product. I can agree with other customers, the customer service is awful.Email to chased my delivery and all I had from Rio was here's the link. No update whatsoever, no offer to chase the parcel for me. AWFUL! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!Update on 6th Aug 2025. We received our order but it is looks like it's been smashed during the delivery...It's still useable but due to it taking forever to get to us, we can't be bothered to get a refund or exchange it. We have all the proof as we were filming when opening the package. Overall, I still wouldn't recommend this company.
I asked for help to order a correct filter for a new extractor fan, Rio was very efficient and advised me which to purchase. The package arrived a few days later and was a perfect fit.
