The support team at Copper, specifically Chris, was great to work with. Chris worked with me for an hour to really dig into my workflow automations and get to the route of some problems. He followed up after our meeting so we could continue to troubleshoot together, as needed. He seemed genuinely invested in my company's workflows and goals of our Copper use!

I’ve recently switched our business over to Copper CRM, and it’s easily the best CRM I’ve used to date. The integration with Google Workspace is seamless, which makes it feel like a natural extension of the tools we already use every day. It’s simple to navigate, highly customizable, and doesn’t come with the unnecessary complexity I found in other platforms. After moving away from Salesforce, I’m really pleased with the decision, Copper has made our process more straightforward and effective.Onboarding with Vikki has also been a brilliant experience. She made the transition smooth, clear, and easy to get up and running quickly.

Copper is often reviewed as the best CRM for Google Workspace—and that may be true on a technical level. But like far too many modern software companies, Copper seems built for performance first, and actual human support dead last.Despite offering a clean interface and strong integration with Gmail and Google Calendar, everything falls apart the moment you need help.As a small business, I was stunned to discover that Copper has a single person responsible for onboarding demo calls for all new users. One. Just one.I begged for help for days—no live support, no quick access to a real person, no urgency whatsoever. The best they could do was schedule a single call at the end of the week, the day before I left for a critical trip, even after I made it crystal clear that waiting that long would be disastrous for my business. Their answer? Tough luck.Copper may be a viable platform for companies with a dedicated in-house tech team or 50+ employees, but if you’re a small business hoping for responsive support or real partnership, you will not find it here.If you’re not technically savvy—and if you expect your CRM provider to care whether your business succeeds—Copper is absolutely not the solution for you.
