We had an issue with one of our lights. I emailed them and they immediately sent a new one out, no questions asked.We've recently renovated out whole house and replaced everything - we've had a couple of less than positive experiences. Corston have been one of the best we have dealt with and we would recommend them entirely.
I have been trying to find small, stylish spotlights for months. Came across this firm and ordered spotlights and a pendant light and I absolutely love them. Better than they looked in the pictures and so pleased I bought them. They were let down by the delivery firm, but when I rang Corston they were so helpful, sorted a new delivery and gave brilliant customer service. Highly recommend!!
We ordered Poplar doorknobs, Harper handles, Warwick thumb turns, light & strong latches and t-bar furniture handles in the bronze finish from Corston. I am really disappointed with the door handles. We originally ordered knobs for downstairs and handles for upstairs. The knobs were so stiff to turn even with light latches that Corston had to replace them with handles. The handles are now variously tight to turn or loose, they don’t sit horizontally and flop down at an angle. I’m really disappointed with them. We’ve had a full downstairs extension and refurbishment upstairs and the Corston door handles are the one thing that I regret buying. The builders also said they weren’t straightforward to fit so took a lot of time, and even more time when the knobs had to be replaced with handles. We’ve tried tightening the grub screw as recommended by Corston but this hasn’t helped. I wish I’d bought light latches for all the door as the strong latches are really too stiff (but was advised over the phone to get light latches for doorknobs/bathroom doors and strong latches for other doors)Customer service to get the knobs replaced was good when I eventually got to speak to someone but it took a long time to get through on the phone, and multiple attempts. The message says to leave a message or email but no one gets back promptly. They said they would refund part of my order but this didn’t happen automatically so I had to phone to remind them to process the refund. All in all quite a lot of hassle and a very disappointing product.
We kitted the whole house out in Corston switches, plug sockets and door handles and we highly recommend them. The design and quality is great! Plus fast shipping. When we needed a couple of replacement parts the customer service was amazing (thank you Rebecca!).
The delivery was really swift with updates on dates. I purchased switches and they look fabulous, exude quality and feel quality to use. The customer service when I asked for advice was fabulous, Emily the advisor was well informed and replied very quickly.I would highly recommend this company and their products.
