I have bought a few items from Corston over the years and have always been happy. One light switch recently broke - I contacted Corston and within 48 a new light switch was delivered. Fantastic customer service and great products!
We had a wonderful experience working with Corston. Their products are top of the line and look great in our home. We purchased all sockets, switches, handles, door knobs and lighting from them. We are very impressed by the quality and design of their products, and their customer service was great.
Fantastic customer service!Delivery was quick and all items well packaged. Beautiful handles which has given my kitchen cabinets a new lease of life.Had an issue with one of the handles, but customer service replaced the item within 2 days. Could not have been more helpful and very quick to resolve.I would definitely buy from Corston Architechtural again.
I never ever ever write reviews but feel compelled to this time. Long story short - I got caught unlucky with a dodgy batch of various items (hardware and electrical) - across 4 orders.Rather than brushing it aside - Corston were very quick to reply, send replacements and even cover the costs of the various tradesmen we had to keep calling out to refit. On the basis of customer service alone I cannot rate them higher. As for the (working) items - they’re great and make our newly renovated house look amazing.Shout out to Anna and Marcin for being fab!
