Had an issue with some of their sockets…

Had an issue with some of their sockets which has only got worse over the years. But, contacting them 5 years later has resulted in them replacing the lot! So, thumbs up from a customer service point of view! Will look atCorston again now for my future needs.

Charmingly helpful at Chelsea showroom

A charmingly helpful young lady (Esther I think) guided us around the lighting product range at the Chelsea showroom. Very knowledgeable, but not remotely pushy - a joy to deal with. We love the product!

Shame about the returns process

Have used Corston a lot in the past, as their handles are well made. Ordered a sample handle which (lovely as it was) did not suit the project and tried to return it. The returns section of the website was not functioning and after getting somewhat exasperated with it customer services reached out to me with a fulsome apology and coverage of the return costs (which they didn’t have to do) Thank you for restoring my faith in the quality of the service

Fast response and even quicker to…

Fast response and even quicker to resolve. My contractor lost the spindle for our recessed deadbolt. Customer service without question located the part for us and had it shipped out within hours. Every company should strive for this quality of customer service. Quality of all the products we ordered is absolutely superb. Beautiful.
