Stay away from this company.

I ordered this item on 12/27/25 and as of 1/11/26 still have not come. When I ordered this item I was told it was made in USA but when I contacted customer service I was told my order was coming from over seas. When I placed the order I was told would arrive 2-7 days but customer service just that it would arrive sometime. They were awful to deal with and would not give me any helpful information. When I asked to cancel the order because they were not keeping with they told me about shipping. They said I could return it if or when it arrives at my cost. Awful company do not give anymore business to them.

Ridiculously late order

I ordered my product on November 26. By December 18, it was still "in transit". I requested a refund twice and was told that my product would arrive "soon". I understand it's the holidays, but now I have to fight for a refund.

Complete Scam

Product arrived defective, when contacted, the service department sent me in circles with no resolve. Will not provide a replacement and will not refund - this company is a total scam!

poor product quality and poor customer service

Summary:-Product received is significantly different from the advertised images-Product does not charge properly1. Product design differs from advertisementI purchased the FLESH masturbator for $175, but the product I received has a completely different design from the one advertised on the website. The unit I received looks noticeably cheaper. I contacted customer service to ask about this, and they replied:“The product you received is indeed the current version of the Cosara Flesh. While there may be slight variations in design, such as buttons or surface texture, these differences are part of normal production updates. The price remains the same for all current units.”If this is the case, there should be a clear disclaimer on the website informing customers of these changes before purchase.2. Product not charging properlyThe product is also not charging properly. I plugged it in for four hours, but the battery indicator still shows only two bars, exactly the same as before charging, which suggests it is not charging at all.I contacted customer service again regarding this issue but did not receive any response.Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience due to both poor product quality and poor customer service.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Only a 14 day return policy? Why? Because by the time you figure out your product doesn't work, 14 days have expired. Bought a (expensive) man pump. Looks first class. They brag it's first class. By the time I got around to trying it, the motor turns on but there is NO suction! NONE!!. They will not honor a return! I get it. Kinda like returning underwear or used toilet paper. But all I wanted was a new (working) motor. I think this co is a reseller. You can't buy parts. $165. Poof!!!

Defective product and refusal to follow consumer law

I received a COSARA product in October 2025. One of the main functions failed immediately during the very first use.When I asked for a lawful remedy (replacement or full refund), the company insisted that I pay return shipping and a “restocking fee” – both illegal under German consumer law (§ 439 Abs. 2 BGB) in cases of defective goods.Despite pointing this out multiple times, COSARA continued to demand these costs.They also ignored my PayPal communication for two weeks.Due to this, I have handed the case over to PayPal Buyer Protection.Summary:– Defective at first use– Seller demands illegal fees– No response via PayPal– Case now escalated to PayPal Buyer ProtectionNot recommended.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I ordered this pump and it was not working correctly. Customer Support told me it was because I wasn't using a ring that shipped with the product. I did not have the ring and it was not mentioned in the instructions at all, so assumed I lost it. Customer Support said they don't offer replacement parts for the ring.I ordered a whole new pump only to discover this one didn't come with the ring either that Customer Support said is essential for proper use.Reached out to Customer Support again and they said the previous tech was wrong and it's not required, just that I had a bad device or was using it wrong. So now I purchased two pumps and neither one works. I got a 25% refund on the first one and a 40% refund on the second one, but neither one works. This is a bad product with bad support and should be avoided at all costs.

Amazing company with amazing customer service

Oh my gosh, this company’s customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I love my items, they are exactly as described, and while having to deal with customer service wit order issues, they were incredibly helpful!We all know how much shipping problems or order problems can be a pain, but this company just made me realize that with good customer service it’s not a pain in the butt! Thank you Cosara for a good experience!

Vacuum Pump Controller Problem - Resolved

I recently purchased a vacuum pump from Cosara. I was contacted by Customer Service when my order had been processed and shipped, including the information to track delivery. I am very pleased with the quality of the product but had problems with the motor controller. I explained the problem in an email and received a reply within 30 minutes with suggestions on what to check and possible solutions. I exchanged several more emails with Customer Service and received responses to each within an hour. Customer Service then offered me a replacement at no cost, which I had not requested, and added a bonus gift for my trouble. They were all very friendly, helpful, and professional.
