AWFUL DO NOT ORDER, dress looks nothing like the website, they responded initially offering store credit and now won’t respond to emails, not easy returns and poor quality!

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. Like other people say don’t get taken in thinking it’s a European company it’s Chinese! No refund, same excuse stuck at customs offer 50% refund which doesn’t even cover the cost of the astronomical postage cost! In future I will check reviews before I buy anything online unless it’s M&S!!

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, I will definitely never use couture moda again, the quality of the dress is a dismal. They’ve refused to refund me so given me store credit instead which I don’t even want. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive as well when it said 1-3 working days. The dress doesn’t even match how it even looks in person.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star!Scam site, poor quality from China, refuse refunds, tried to return items to China that were refused and sent back to me. Company then offers a voucher to spend on their site! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Zero stars. My 89 year old mum purchased a suit to wear for her 90th birthday celebrations. Exact same issues as other reviewers. Sizing at least 4 inches out! E mail reply from them says their policy is no returns on sale items. Didn’t specify sale item on purchase. I’ve e mailed on my mums behalf to say I am exercising my statutory right to cancel a distance contract under para 29 of the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. I am within 14 days of the item being delivered to me and you i have a further 14 days in which to return the goodsMy request for a full refund as stated above is supported by law. You saying that sale items can only be exchanged has no effect. Para 34 of the above regs say you must reimburse me the full amount i have paid for the goods.Same b*sh*t response as other reviewers got. Shocking these people are still being allowed to trade and lining their pockets at the expense of us all.

Ordered an item and it doesn't fit…

Ordered an item and it doesn't fit right/not for me. Tried to return and they said I couldn't because it was a sale item. I paid alot of money for this! All the items on the website are discounted looks like. Complete scam! Don't order as they won't refund you.

Misleading on many levels and poor quality goods

After 4 days my item had not been dispatched and was going to be too late.. The website states that you can cancel for a refund if you tell them before dispatch notification. I spoke to customer services who said the order could not be stopped despite me reminding her of their T&C.When it finally arrived it was enormous and really poor quality.I then discovered that they will not refund discounted items ?why and anyhow returns would need to be sent to China costing 12.50. They offered a store credit to get something else.Misleading on many levels and poor quality goods

Buyer Beware - lower your expectations

I should have read reviews as they all true - dress l received was terrible quality (market stall type) supposedly reduced from £100 to £50. This is a scam as Ts and Cs say you cannot have refunds only store credit on sale items so basically everything is “reduced” so you cannot get a refund - l tried to cancel order same day as it hadn’t shipped and was met with total refusal since it was more than 4 hours after ordering. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and wasn’t as l expected - the size was far smaller than their guide and did not fit - no where near / so the guide is not correct as l measured myself correctly. Update - Olivia offered credit to buy another item (70%) and keep the item or to ship it back and have 120% credit. As shipping costs are high l opted for 70% credit - l will see if a friend wants the dress if it fits them so not all bad l guess. I’d of preferred a cash refund but at least they are offering something even if it’s not ideal. I think on reflection they would do better to just reduce their prices to reflect that quality may not be what you expect. But they are responsive.

Bought very over priced dresses from…

Bought very over priced dresses from this company as they looked great in the pictures. (Should have known) cost me £29 to return to China. Didn’t realise when buying that they were based there. My parcel sat in customs for over three months. No full refund and they cost me £150!! It’s a big risk ordering from this company. Products not worth the money and costs a fortune to send back. Only reason I am giving it a two is that their customer service dept did answer all my messages.

Bought a dress it took weeks to arrive now they won’t refund only offer a store credit. Dress arrived absolutely nothing like the picture it’s a disgrace. Material look colour, cheap rubbish DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I did contact customer services They fob you off offer 75% in store credit to keep item or return and get 120% instore credit, I purchased online!.. the only store is nowhere near where I live. This is absolutely disgusting how companies think it’s ok to mistreat customers. I want a full refund!!
