Review Time
Just thought I would post again . To all those who are contemplating buying and looking at the percentages only 10% satisfied customers ! Think that speaks for itself .I cannot usually be bothered or the type to write reviews . However , this is as I have found out in my case a breach of contract as the goods advertised are not what was sent out . Linen/cotton blend is in fact a polyester/cotton and so poorly made - sizing is appallingly incorrect. So as the dresses are not as described and therefore not in line with Trading standards one is allowed to have a full refund . They have made out that they are sale pricing when this is also misleading and there sii uh posed get out of jail clause as sales goods . Be very very careful . You may be one of the ten percent , but very likely to be one of the 90% dissatisfied!
This company shouldn’t be trading. Items delivered were not as stated, and size too small, item returned at an expensive cost to myself, a Refund was arranged when they received goods back and checked. 6 weeks later items tracked and received however they disputed this and offered me 50% refund and 50% credit off next purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! 100% refund only. Still waiting and Ombudsman and Trading standards been notified.Avoid this company.
If I could give this company less than one star I would. I am sending emails back and forth and they are taking time to respond which is now making it a short window to return the item. They offered me 2 options one was to return back to china though I thought it was a UK company for a refund and second option a 75% store credit. I wrote back stating option 1 to return guess what they wrote back saying I saidOption 2. These people are having a laugh!! Their dresses are of poor see through material and do not cater for the bigger woman why would I want a store credit. This company is highly suspicious and IWould refrain from ordering. I have heard about these unscrupulous Chinese companies using an English platform to sell and when it comes to returns they don’t want to know and this company seems to fit the bill. I wish I had looked at all the negative reviews before I placed an order.
Would also give no stars if that were an option. The item I received was simply not the item shown on the website- awful, cheap quality and looked absolutely nothing like the photo. They also state 30 day hassle free returns, however they insisted I cover costs to return the item to China, which is not made clear on their website. I was also given seven days to do so. I asked for a re-paid returns label given the circumstances and they ignored my email and two subsequent follow up emails after that.
Oh my! Keep well away from this operation shoppers. If you have to return the goods which based on my experience is extremely likely be prepared to pay carriage to China. Based on other reviews the chances of a full refund coming my way are slim
