Completely mislead by thinking this company was based in the UK and after waiting over 2 weeks (still havent recieved my order yet) im dreading it arriving after reading these reviews. I bought 2 pairs of trainers at over £70 and I cant believe they can get away with swindling people out of their hard earned money. Pissed off right now isn't the word. Can't believe martin lewis hasn't got involved yet. May be worth an email to him to get these people shut down.
What a disgrace!! Avoid this company at all cost! I have order over £130 worth of goods which need to be sent back as their sizes are so small. Now they expect me to pay £50 shipping to china!l? They will not give me any of money back until i do this so I loose £50 doe my trouble and they will not let me send it back to their warehouse ? It’s disgusting and poor business service They profess to help in their replies but they do not help at all
Do not buy from this site . I ordered shoes from them which never arrived ,after numerous emails they offered me a voucher or money back less 25% (restocking fee) . I still have not received my money back.It’s all a scamThey don’t deserve 1 star
I received a really poor quality pair of show which had yellow marks on and not suitable for use. I asked to return and they wanted to charge me £20 and then not refund my money as it was a sale item.I felt like this was a con low quality and no money back it was a disgrace!
I ordered some goods for my wife prior to reading reviews about this company. having placed the order, they took the money immediately, but di don't give me an order reference, hence it supposedly took the a few days to locate the order. However, the day following my placing of the order, I checked customers reviews the following day and decided to cancel the order. Oh what difficulty that was! it is now 1o or 12 days on, maybe even longer and still no action regarding cancellation other than they say "the goods have been despatched and we cannot recall them, please follow our returns procedure". Well what rigmarole their returns procedure is. to anyone who reads this article my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT APPEARS TO BE A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND USE IT FOR THEIR OWN PURPOSES, before maybe returning it.
I have returned the items (which cost me £30 to return), they are currently back in China with them, but they refuse to collect them from customs, and therefore won’t issue me a refund. I am now out £100 for the dresses as well as £30 for postage. Absolute scam of a website.
***DO NOT BUY***This is a scam company based in Hong Kong. Even if you get your goods they are poor quality and you are then trapped into their high returns costs and no refunds, they just offer vouchers. Avoid at all costs. I have also reported them to the Hong Kong Police Force where you can report them online under their e-crime reporting form. Lets hope they get closed down.Update - fOLLOWING ANOTHER TWO WEEKS OF ME SENDING EMAILS ASKING FOR MY REFUND AND HAVING REPORTED THE COMPANY TO THE Hong Kong Police online they did pay back my refund in full.
Total scam. I ordered a pair of harem pants. They took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did finally arrive they were nothing like the pictures on the website. Cheap thick synthetic fabric. The print was extremely poor quality and the fit was nothing like the pictures.When I tried to return them they didn't respond initially. After a second attempt to contact them they only offered me 75% store credit, no return. Complete rip-off.
I ordered a dress that turned out to be extremely poor quality, especially considering the high price I paid. While the delivery was free, it took two full weeks to arrive.I decided to return the item because it looked and felt so cheap that I couldn’t justify keeping it. However, I had to pay £23 out of pocket just to send it back. After several weeks of waiting with no update, I contacted the company and was told the item was "stuck in customs" and they were unable to retrieve it. Because of this, they only offered a 50% refund.I reluctantly agreed, but even after that, I still haven’t received any money back.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly advise others not to use this company.
