Review Time
I only read the reviews after I made the purchase, otherwise I would not have gone ahead it’s the order.Like most of the reviewers I thought C M was based in UK. I also thought I was buying a brand name top, but I don’t actually know if this was just a copy. I received a number of updates as to where my order was, which I suppose was promising but it didn’t make much progress going from 1 station to another in China.even today there was no update to say it would be delivered today.I contacted support CM and was reassured that they had upscaled the tracking and delivery.It never reached ‘Out for Delivery, but IT HAS JUST ARRIVED🥰🥰🥰 I was prepared to be very disappointed, but the colour is just as described in the picture and apart from the sleeves not being quite perfect, i am so relieved and delighted that it’s arrived.Would I order again? They do have some interesting outfits, so it’s tempting. It was about a 12 working days wait, which is actually what they say on the website, so probably not.
Expensive crap! False advertising, I bought linen and cotton tops and very cheap polyester arrived!! Tops that would cost 50p to make and I bought for £40+ thinking I was getting linen. What arrived was genuinely disgusting!! And I’ve yet to hear back from the company about a refund. Do NOT buy from this website l!!
Coat arrived at least 2 sizes too small, instigated returns straight away, ended up having to pay £23.50 to send back to China as tracked international only for them to say it’s never arrived, tried to offer just 50% refund back but I declined as the coat cost £64.99 and they sent a bad size! It’s been around 9 weeks now and no further on! I am gutted I didn’t see the other awful reviews before ordering! I will be reporting to UK trading standards. Terrible company
I picked the trainers as they were described as Orthopaedic and I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot. They took 3 weeks to arrive and the paint work on the trainers was awful. They looked cheap and nasty. The trainers felt no different to any other trainers and had no additional padding. I asked for a refund, showing pictures of the awful paint work, and they declined saying they would only give me store credit. Why would I want to get more trainers like that? After posting on here, they offered me a refund, but I had to return the trainers at my own cost. So I have updated my review to reflect their response. But this was nearly £20 with tracking! I returned the trainers on 30/08/25 and they are now stuck in customs in China (As of 30/09/25). I am still no closer to getting a refund and I am now another £20 out of pocket! Very disappointing!
I wish I could give a lower review than one star. Trousers were poor quality. They were tight round waist and FAR too short. They were very expensive. I was refused a refund as they were supposedly sale items. I had to receive a credit against future purchase. What a con. DONT USE THIS CROOKED COMPANY.
