Review Time
I have asked SIX times for a return address to return the "linen" (not linen - synthetic) dresses which were sent to me, clearly used and without any verification labels. Six times the business has failed to provide the address or confirm the refund. If you look below they have a history of not refunding for their shoddy products. I have told Trading Standards and now the police to whom I am providing the Companies House link to this company (and the other companies the same people are Directors of); i have told Companies House too and sent them all a link to these comments. These charlatans should do what they say they will - they certainly don't have an "easy returns" policy. They do everything they can to wriggle out of it and think that their AI generated emails and responses will fool us.
Package still hasn't arrived after over 2 weeks tracking has said out for delivery for 3 days with no tracking to a specific courier company. I have now read all the reviews on this company and feel like the the money I have paid for this dress I will never see again. Surely something needs to done about this website. Still awaiting the item to see if it is such bad quality as everyone else is saying
The dresses that I ordered were absolutely a joke when I received them. They were totally different, the quality of the material appalling, the style unbelievably a joke. This was disappointing especially aftre waiting for 2weeks honestly. Proper rip off. I wouldn't advise anyone to but anything from this shop..
Would have awarded 0 stars if this had been an option. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering - a lesson learnt! Dress extremely poor quality both fabric & finishing & nothing like the photograph. Would give to a charity shop but concerned they might view as not fit for sale. Will probably just put it in the bin!
Would give zero stars if possible. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Order took two and half weeks to arrive. Credit card statement received today shows 2 orders - I only placed one order. Second transaction is for £71.94 which I did not order and did not receive. Have asked for refund but not holding out much hope.
My husband bought off the website and never looks at reviews.Now he knows why I always check reviews first. He didn’t realise the company was based in china. The jacket and shirt are very cheap looking and poorly made. The size is small and definitely not accurate. The clothes you receive do not match the website pictures. Absolutely awful!!
