Am annoyed with myself for not reading reviews 1st. Item received wasnt the item advertised! Refuse to refund! Surely this is illegal? A voucher for more items is worthless due to poor quality from this business.I suspect i'll get a reply from 'OLIVIER', who must be rather busy! How are these scammers getting away with steeling my money so easily??
Sadly, I was another person caught by this offensive company. The item I purchased was very poorly made and, when I tried to get a refund, was told they didn't offer this service. That is illegal within the UK.Why are they allowed to operate in this country if they don't abide by our laws.Wish I had looked at the other reviews for this shocking organisation before I ordered online.
Misleading, Dishonest & No Real UK PresenceI feel completely violated as a consumer.I bought an Elegant Floral Midi Dress from Couture Moda after seeing the advertised photos, which showed a velvet-embossed design. What arrived was nothing like that — just a poor-quality digital print imitation.Only after chasing delivery did I learn it was being shipped from China — this was never made clear at checkout. I would never knowingly pay £36 for a dress to travel across the globe.When I complained, I was told I could return it to China for a refund, but at my own expense (£23 tracked). That makes no sense for such a low-value item, so I donated it to charity instead.To make matters worse, the UK phone number listed on their website is not connected, making it impossible to contact them locally.This experience was misleading, dishonest, and unfair. I cannot recommend this company, and I urge others to be cautious.I do not want a 75%credit as I will never purchase from this company again. The mislead the customers. I wanted to donate the item to charity and get a full refund because what I thought I bought was not true in reality. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered 3 dresses on 17th July. At checkout, delivery stated was within 1-3 days. My parcel didn't arrive until 1st August. I ordered one of the dresses in a L and XL, as I wasn't sure about sizing. Their sizing is not true to UK sizing and the XL was actually smaller than the L. The quality of the dresses and colour were shocking - definitely not as advertised on their website. When I emailed customer services regarding a refund, I was told that sale items could not be refunded as stated in their refunds policy. If you check their policy it doesn't mention that until paragraph 15. I have spent the last two days trying to resolve this issue and my bank ended up issuing a charge back for this purchase of £95.
