Review Time
I would like to have given this company zero stars. I ordered a medium down filled gilet from them. It arrived several WEEKS later and is so small it must be a size 6! I have tried writing to and emailing this company with no reply. I have been so gullible - didn’t read the appalling reviews so it’s my own fault. BEWARE. These folk are rip off merchants - close to a scam. So hacked off!
If I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would.I paid nearly £60 for a two-piece set and was shocked when it arrived - the quality was worse than a bad Shein order and the sizing was completely off. To make matters worse, even though the parcel had clearly come from a UK address, I was told I had to return it all the way back to China. The order itself took over two weeks to arrive, which already felt off.I ended up paying over £40 just to send it back, hoping to at least recover some of my money. The parcel then got stuck in customs, and despite me providing full tracking and proof of postage, the company flat-out refused to refund me until they received it. In the end, my bank thankfully reversed the transaction - but I still lost over £40 on the return costs.This whole experience was stressful, expensive, and felt like a scam. I’d warn anyone considering ordering from them: don’t waste your time or money.
Look legit - but 10 days later no sign of the item - just checked reviews here (retrospectively unfortunately) and am now worried what will actually arrive and when.Regretting using them.I hope if you're reading this you haven't bought anything yet from them.....
Absolutely awful company, Im honestly shocked that they are still in operation and haven't been shutdown.Im so annoyed that I didn't check Trust pilot reviews, prior to purchasing.The dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture, very poor quality, cheap material and not cheap to buy! The company have said if I return dress to their China head office, they will only refund if tags on the dress, the dress arrived with no tags! absolute scam. I honestly cant belive they get away with this, time and time again!
I only read the reviews after I made the purchase, otherwise I would not have gone ahead with the order. DO NOT ORDER I thought C M was based in UK. I received my order very late - products not fit for purpose - returned goods - postage was £20 for 2 blouses - still waiting for a refund - despite numerous emails
Been fighting for the refund they keep saying has been sent to my bank, which hasn't. I've spoken to my bank twice and still nothing.Like others I sent my order back and it's "stuck in customs". I stupidly accepted the 50% credit note and 50% refund but the way it's going, I think I may have to do a charge back on my card for the full amount. Can't say anymore than avoid them.
This time??? Shows how many awful reviews they have got!!! Ordered a dress, very poor quality and now have issues returning it. Also no refunds are given which is illegal. If you manage to get it returned then they will give you a credit note, so they say. Also the phone number to contact them doesn't connect!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. ITS A SCAM!
SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE When I contacted to get a refund as the quality of the dress was awful and not true to image, they refused to give me a full refund and only offered a partial amount if I returned it to a Chinese address at my own expense — something that wasn’t made clear when I purchased. The whole process feels deliberately designed to make returns as difficult and costly as possible!! AVOID AVOID AVOID The quality wasn’t even close to the photos, and the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I will never order from this place again again, and I would strongly warn others to avoid wasting their money here!!!
I have just received some bright turquoise Trainers from this company, I was seduced by the lovely colour and STUPIDLY didn’t read the reviews before I spent £40 on these- in truth I wouldn’t have bought them for a fiver, obviously from China and absolute TAT.
Chinese CompanyI bought a pair of trainers, and when they arrived they were awful so tried to send them back for a full refund. I did everything they said in the returns, original packaging, mark as a refund etc and sent them off! Four months later I get them returned by Chinese immigration. So I am even more out of pocket with the cost of trainers and the return costs. So fed up with Chinese businesses who look like they are European companies and you can never get your money back!
