Total scam. I ordered a pair of harem pants. They took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did finally arrive they were nothing like the pictures on the website. Cheap thick synthetic fabric. The print was extremely poor quality and the fit was nothing like the pictures.When I tried to return them they didn't respond initially. After a second attempt to contact them they only offered me 75% store credit, no return. Complete rip-off.
Ordered a dress 24/7/25 and money taken from my bank before I had completed the order. No sign of the dress yet and the customer support page doesn’t work. Not impressed at all, now will have to fight together my money back. Furious
AVOID THIS COMPANY-MODA COUTURE LIKE THE PLAGUEPurchased men’s trousers.Moda couture mislead consumers with 1-3 days which to the quick human eye you think is delivery which in fact is order acknowledgement.The lead time is actually near 2 weeks and it’s shipped from CHINA.Quality of product is really poor and a complete rip off.Asked for a return and they offered me store credit when I’m well within my rights for a complete refund.This review qualifies for a ZERO STAR AND NOT 1.AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATIVE OF A COMPANY.Again AVOID MODA COUTURE LIKE THE PLAGUE
I realised that the dress I had ordered wasn't right for me almost immediately and the couture- moda website said you could cancel within 4 hrs which I did immediately. Then I got numerous emails asking me to complete my order despite the payment having gone through on my credit card. They then found the order and I said I didn't want it. but they said it had been despatched and they would guide me through the returns system. Now weeks later the dress arrived no lables and poor finishing off...I asked to return it ..have sent numerous emails and now they no longer communicate with me. So personally I have found this the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don't know where they are based but they do not follow the kind of expectations one has when dealing with a retailer. I would never ever buy anything again .I feel I have been scammed with all their polite emails and delaying tactics After posting this review there was the customery response from couture- moda...I have not heard anything from them...they have my details...its all part of the scam..they really don't care at all. They just want your money. They aren't bothered about bad reviews. Posting this as a warning to others. Must make sure I read reviews of a company before I deal with them Recent update. Returned the dress to shenzen in CHINA. Cost £12. Tracking says stuck in Chinese customs. They refunded half the money I paid for the dress. They say that when it clears they will pay the rest.......unlikely I feel. Expect this to be your experience if you persist enough.
Dreadful company. Ordered okay. Customer service okay but returns dreadful and company is breaking all the consumer laws. Do not order if you value your well earned money. The items do not match the pictures advertised and the items are not what they are advertising dreadful.
Awful quality at premium prize. Refusing to give refund although website claims hassle free returns. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE . Update – was pretending to be helpful in public. . I have not had any resolution to this. My advice remains do not purchase from this company. They are scam artists
