I ordered the dress on July 5th and it eventually arrived on the 21st. I had to chase the company up for tracking information.I was very disappointed when the dress finally arrived. It is big and baggy and nothing like the picture on the website and looks very cheap. I shan't bother returning it as some of the reviews indicate it is difficult to get refund. I will donate it to charity.I would not recommend this company at all
I ordered a raincoat from this company. The raincoat arrived. Was a piece of light material that was nothing like the raincoat. I emailed customer service they said: Keep the item and receive 75% store credit You won’t need to return anything, and the credit can be used toward any future purchase. 2. Return the item for 120% store credit If preferred, you can send the item back at your own cost, and we’ll issue store credit for 120% of the item’s value once received. Why would I want anything else from this brand when they are sending clothes that are nothing like what are pictured. No refund. It’s a joke that these companies are allowed to operate like this. I would love to put up the pictures just to see how different the items are. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY If you always strive for accuracy in your listings why are you sending out clothes that are nothing like what are pictured for that reason alone I should have a full refund not a credit note. As explained how could I ever be expected to order anything from this store in good faith. As I can see from the reviews it is not an isolated incident. Other than a full refund I can’t see a way forward. That flimsy piece of material would not be worth returning.
Just DO NOT waste your money! Always check the reviews here on trustpilot.I've had an horrendous 6 week plus experience with these disgusting people.Ordered a top as per measurement guide on their site, but it was too small!Went backwards and forwards for weeks trying to resolve and because returns have to be sent back to China they have you trapped.I finally agreed to the 75% store credit and reordered the top.Item looks NOTHING like the pictures. I will be reporting this site to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice Bureau and Action Fraud because they do not abide by the UK's distance seller regulations.No matter how much you like what you see, you won't get what you see. All comes from China and is not as seen in pictures.I'm tired of companies like these who get away with ripping people off. Please be warned!
After this trader failed to send an email acknowledgment of my order and my not receiving the order a fortnight later, I looked for reviews, most of which were negative, and provided my own, also negative, review. In response I received what was clearly a standard response asking for information (which I didn’t have as my order wasn’t acknowledged) so that the order could be tracked. After I pointed this out, I received another, standard, response about tracking the order, impossible without information that hadn’t been sent! This morning, August 4, a package that contained what I believe I ordered was delivered by Royal Mail. So, not a fraudulent site. Just not as competent as one is entitled to expect. Two stars, maybe!
Still no resolution from this company. Poor quality item, try to make you return it to China. Nowhere on their site does it mention this. Such liars and I will get a reply to this post saying “so sorry, please contact us” which is clearly also a lie as this issue with customers services has been going on for ages. Avoid
Ordered a dress today within 45 minutes I decided I changed my mind, checked the order and it hasn’t been shipped, took a screenshot of that. Emailed the company straight away they replied around 4 hours later saying ordered had been shipped!!! I’ve emailed them back saying there website that orders can be cancelled within 4 hour time slot which I did. Even sent them a screenshot of the order showing it hadnt even been processed. No reply apart from they will help me with return. Checked the telephone number and it’s showing in Botswana.. AVOID
