This company advertises as being UK based. It isn’t. The dress took forever to arrive. It’s awful quality, creased, doesn’t fit. It says 30 day free returns but they never reply and if you go via the portal the shipping fee is almost the full cost of the dress! I’m going to have to raise a complaint via the bank as I feel I’ve been totally ripped off
The worst experience I have ever had!! Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a top and then was offered another for a reduced price which I took. They then charged me more money and added a disgusting dress to my order. When order arrived one of tops was not included. When I asked for refund they said I couldn’t have any and said I could only have a store credit. DO NOT go anywhere near this company!!
Ordered a trouser suit large . When it eventually arrived it was an extra small. When I asked for a refund they would not give me one . I did not want anything else as a replacement as it would be the wrong size they have no return policy as it is in Hong Kong . Do not buy from this company there laws are not British and you won’t get a refund as they are under Chinese rules not British .i went to consumer rights and you can’t do anything so please don’t buy from them .
I received the dresses after 13 days, the sizing is peculiar and the dresses which looked so nice on the website are shapeless and appear of poor quality. Items described as linen but label says 100% cotton. The dresses were reduced from £90 to £49.99 - they were definitely not worth the higher amount. I wrote to the company on receipt requesting a refund in line with my legal rights, whether sale items or not. They did respond promptly but only to say that my only option is to either receive 75% of items' cost as a store credit or to pay for return of items - which I expect is expensive, for a higher amount of store credit. I'm not happy with this level of service and will challenge this response.
I paid £200 for 5 dresses which arrived today. Each dress is made of a different material than the material stated on their website (cheap thin polyester, not cotton) different to the design shown in their photos, different to the description of each dress they provided and poorly made, with 2xl and 4xl sizing coming up much smaller than the stated sizing. The quality is so cheap it is abominable. All the marketing photos are of dresses made from thick linen or cotton but in reality they are all made from polyester, are badly cut, thin and cheaply made. I created photo collages for each item showing the discrepancies and issues and emailed them twice but have not heard back. If I do not hear back in the next 24 hours I will be taking this further. All their items are mis-described and mis-sold. Do not ever buy from Couture Moda. Despite great marketing the clothing is really really poor.Addition to my review, added 12 JulyI am replying to Olivia's reply from Couture Moda requesting i email Couture Moda with my order number. As I have already written above I HAVE ALREADY EMAILED YOU TWICE, WITH NO RESPONSE. AND I SENT A THIRD EMAIL TO YOU TODAY, WITH NO RESPONSE.
If I could score lower I would!! Item I ordered was awful cheap quality unlike the image. To return I was given a chinese address that was costing ME £16 to return. Complained but got nowhere. Same scripted response. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Feel scammed
