Scam! I bought some shoes, they sent me something that looked nothing like the photos or description so I requested to return, they said that I would have to pay £35 return fee to post the shoes back to China (they're posing as a UK company based in Coventry) and the shoes only cost £40 in the first place. Now having to deal with bank payment disputes, trading standards and citizens advice to deal with this and get my money back. Not convenient. Email from them refusing to return for refund:Thank you very much for your message and for taking the time to explain the situation clearly. My own fault for not checking before buying, but still totally illegal!
DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAMI returned two dresses immediately as they were unwearable not as advertised, I paid £40 per dress plus £20 to return they have said my parcel is stuck at customs in china and they are now saying I can’t get a refund only a credit note, I wouldn’t buy a dogs pooh bag from them. Please people don’t waste your money they are laughing at us. I hope they get removed from the internet and go to prison for fraud!!!
Do not purchase from them. Their info is deceiving and there isnt any quality. Customer service is just as ridiculous and time wasting. All your conact info was in the UK, which you since changed. So naturally people assume that it will be the cost to return within the UK. You are a absolute absolutely deceiving people without any conscience.
I would score a zero if I could. This company are scammers, which unfortunately I am a victim of. Delivery took ages, when the 2 dresses did arrive they were of exceptionally poor, flimsy quality. One was so dreadful, & didn’t fit despite it being a large, and shoddily made, I put it straight into a charity bag. I doubt the charity will want it so that was £40 plus wasted. The other one (also £40 plus) I have kept but I doubt it will survive the washing machine. I found the exact same dress (& exact same picture!) on TikTok shop for under £5, which is more like it’s true worth. I did e Mail them & attach the picture, received a nonsensical reply. Please do not order from this site, they are NOT based in the UK. They are scammers & will steal your money.

They have happily taken my money and fraudulently sent items not fit for purpose and not as advertised. I bought dresses but they sent rags that are only for the bin. They will not correspond via email. They will NOT refund!‘ doesn’t allow refunds to the original payment method under any circumstance’Will be reporting to Trading Standards.
The support was fine but delivery took two weeks.The main issue however is the extremely poor quality of the shirt I bought, which is poorly cut, made with very poor quality material which shrank and lost its colour on the first (hand)wash. Avoid!Avoid!
My experience with this company has just got worse. Despite supplying them with photographic evidence that they have supplied 2pairs of trousers with a sewn in label number 1 when I ordered Large which they have told me equates to the number 3, they are still refusing to give me a full refund having supplied the wrong size. They are required by law to give a full refund if they have supplied the wrong item, the wrong size IS the wrong item. In my last review about this company, 4 days ago, I had a response from Olivia saying to contact her personally but she did not give a personal email address and I've not had a response from her yet, only from Hope.I have been offered a full credit note but I want a full refund as is my entitlement. Why would I want more clothes from this company when I can't be sure of getting the correct item?Please do not buy from this company!!!
