Very poor quality shirt , it looked nothing like the image on the website,When it arrived I thought it was a different shirt , they checked and said it was the one I ordered,Using images to promote their products that don’t match the actual product itself
I ordered 5 dresses from what I thought was a UK company only to find delivery was to be 3 weeks. I emailed the company within 24 hour window to cancel the order but I was informed by Hazel that the order cannot be cancelled, but I can return it once it’s delivered. Given the delivery time scale alarm bells went off and I emailed Hazel to enquire if the order was coming from China. Hazel did not respond or provide me with a returns address which I had asked for.I had no choice but to wait for the delivery of the order. Once it arrived I was disgusted with the dresses they were all cheap, poor quality dresses one of which you can see through and certainly didn’t reflect the photos on their website. The sizing was also totally inaccurate.I contacted Hazel again to request an email & was initially offered a 75% store credit to keep the dresses which I had no interest in doing as the dresses were utter rubbish!! I was then told I could return them but would only be entitled to a credit as items were in the sale but again still no returns address was given. I went onto their website but my order number wasn’t recognised!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are nothing better than a scam they are misleading customers with their UK website suggesting elegant high quality clothes by relating themselves to London, Milan & Paris but with no mention of China. Please do not get taken in with them. I wish I had read these reviews before I had placed an order!!!!
I gave this company the chance to rectify the issue before writing a review but unfortunately they did not.I ordered an item described as being a 'linen/cotton' mix but when it arrived it was polyester/spandex ( and also poor quality)I tried to start the returns process immediately but was told I could not return 'sale' items ( there was a small 10% discount applied which I think they do on many goods to try and avoid returns but adding this clause in their policy)Clearly this policy does not apply if the goods bought are not as described and this is clearly covered by UK consumer rights laws.On pointing this out to them they offered 50% refund and for me to return the item at my own cost. This is not good enough as I was missold. I have requested a full refund and return postage paid as is within my rights but have not had a response.So.I would strongly advise to not buy from this company. If you see them advertising on Google shopping ( product) ads then you can click the 3 dots and report them.
Ordered size small dresses as I am size 8/10. When the dresses arrived they were more like size 18, I had no choice but to return them. When I tried to return them, I was informed I needed to return them to CHINA! Do not buy from this website, unless you are prepared to return unwanted goods to CHINA!The company has just contacted me after seeing my review, asking me to contact them, to try to resolve this . There’s absolutely no point, I’ve tried this three times, they just fob you off. If their concern was genuine, they would refund me. Buyer beware!
My wife ordered a wrap dress in small More like XL and poor material 3 weeks to arrive and the return policy is a nightmare £21 tracked return on a £45 dress which is useless and unsalable. Absolute scam Notice they don’t allow PayPal for a reason going through my bank because I don’t like scammed by Mr Li Avoid at all costs I expect the review I’ve left on his site will be removed. I ordered what I thought was a nice linen top as was in the photo. What I got was nothing like it, poor quality material, the pattern was different and poorly made and about 4 sizes too big. It took 2 weeks to come and I'm sorry I ordered it. I asked for a return label which I'm still waiting to get. What a scam company.
I bought two dresses, they took a long time to come. Tried to send one back and the returns process is horrendous!! You have to send the goods back to China, it costs a lot of money. Tracked my parcel and followed all instructions and it has been held up in China at the customs for weeks still not released. Offered half of the money in a credit note which I still have not received. Stated that you must spend it within a month. Recommend do not purchase from this site. Following the response below from Couture Moda I have sent the information requested, however I have constantly been e-mailing the customer service portal without gaining a productive response!! So watch this space will post the outcome when I receive it
SCAMMERSPlease do not waste your money with these people. They should not be allowed to trade as a business.Liars, and fraudulent. The Item received was so far from the advertised garment it is mid-selling on a whole new scale.Like many other reviewers I have reported them to the UK Trading Commission and have reported a scam through my credit card company.
