I wouldn’t even give a start at all unfortunately. The sizes are so off, custom service is not the best. They refuse to give you a refund even for items that hasn’t even shipped ( going on 3 weeks). Run. Do not order from this website.
The worst company I’ve ever ordered clothes from. It had been 46 days that my order hadn’t even been processed. The moment I contacted them to cancel the entire order, they decided to ship ONE item out, just to say they got something out. There’s no chance I’m keeping anything. Their customer service is honestly terrible and they really shouldn’t even be in business
I wish I had look at this review before I’ve made my purchase it’s go into be a month and order still no show I wanted it for my birthday I guess no luck , I’m praying I at least get the order at this point. I know I will not get a refund.horrible horrible 😤
Wish I could give them a -5.Ordered online, adter 2 weeks the item till wasn't shipped and no updates provided. I emailed them, no response, emailed again and requested the order to be cancelled. They didnt even acknowledge my request to cancel the order, kept using stalling tactics. Then I recieved and email from them saying they can't cancel as my order had just been shipped. Magically they can acknowledge my cancellation request when it's too late.The dress arrive and it's NOT AT ALL like the photos on the site. Requested a refund, they reply with more stalling tactics. Reported them to my bank as fraudulent because the are completely fraudulent! Fake photos, fake reviews and dishonest.Do not buy from them.
I bought a dress online and after a month nothing was sent to me, and after following up by me until a month ago, they tried to send me another dress, and after I refused to accept it several times, they no longer answered my email. They didn't return my money and literally stole from me.
I have sent 17 emails and they still haven’t resolved my issue. There were 4 items out of my 6 that are out of stock and they want me to pick something else. I told them that they wouldn’t make it in time for my vacation and since it hasn't shipped that I want to be refunded! They keep on insisting on picking other items! Never order from them !!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased a bikini to wear during my destination wedding, and there was a horrible sewing mistake on the bikini top where the stitching tangled into a giant knot. When I reached out to their customer service to ask for an exchange, they refused and told me they’d offer me 10% off my next order. That would have been $2.50 off a purchase for a defective item that they sent me. Asking me to pay for their mistake!! Absolutely horrible do not buy from this company
If I could give this company a negative score I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order 1/10/2024 and STILL have not received even a tracking number. They are a fraud and have been giving me the run around saying it needs more time to be made. You have got to be kidding me. This company is a rip off and I will do all I can to get them wiped off of this earth for doing this to innocent people.
