Review Time
Bought new duvet cover and 4 pillowcases in the We Made Too Much sale. They do indicate the sales are final. What they do not tell you is that these products are seconds or have known defects. The products we bought started falling apart after less than two months (laundered exactly as instructed by Cozy Earth). The response from customer service was, sorry - you knew you could not return this.
I purchased three bamboo blankets from Cozy Earth in November. I washed one, per Cozy Earth’s instructions, to add to our guest bed (Thanksgiving house guests). The blanket came out pilled despite washing according to instructions. I emailed customer service immediately with pictures and received a generic email with another warranty claim link asking me to resubmit. I submitted pictures a second time and received an automated response simply stating they received my warranty claim. A second, identical blanket washed correctly with zero pilling (which makes me ponder the consistency of their textiles). It is now mid-December and I’ve heard nothing, despite several more attempts to get a reply from anyone in the company. Unfortunately, this is my second poor customer service experience (Cozy Earth did satisfactorily remedy my first poor experience in early 2024 after I posted a public review on a third party site). What a disappointment, especially since the company portrays themselves as a luxury brand.
I am a fan of the quality of their products but disappointed in their service. Items that I ordered on Nov. 28th didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. In fact, some didn’t arrive at all and I was only notified a day or so before Christmas that items that I had ordered were no longer available and I certainly didn’t have time to do something different for the recipients. I also have trouble with the fact that customers aren’t given the option about the package insurance. If Cozy Earth sends an email with a shipping notification and tracking information, that should be sufficient. The items that I did receive are of very nice quality and I am pleased for the money.
Updated Review: I originally gave 1 star because they overcharged me. But after some back and forth by e-mail, they did honor the sale price and gave me a credit. So, as to the quality of the items, they are a bit thicker and heavier than expected, but nice looking and good quality.Original review: The item I ordered was sale listed for $217, down from over $300. I put it in my cart but did not notice that instead of the listed price, Cozy Earth applied just a $50 coupon.When I wrote to ask for an adjustment to the listed price, they said I "chose" the lower discount, which is ridiculous. It feels like a scam bait and switch, so I'll probabaly just return the item.
Product is amazing!!!! My first order was packaged amazing plastic bag wrapped in tissue, sticker logo and inserted in a beautiful cloth bag I thought all order come like this My daughter was not impressed hers came in a two plastic bags and one of them was all scraped up the bag it was delivered in was not damaged at all.
