Sheets & silk conforter heavenly

New sheet set to go with my silk comforter and duvet cover have me snuggled into a cloud of warmth and heavenly comfort for oh-so-wonderful sound sleep.

Super soft, but not as thick as the original from 2 years ago.

Purchased the CE V-neck, bamboo rib-knit, lounge top in black (to replace one that I already had that was two years old... still in good shape but had a small spot on the front that looked like it got bleached. Super weird cause I don't use bleach on my colored clothes.) The new one I just got, is super soft like the original but doesn't feel as thick as the original. Love the Rib-Knit lounge sets because they are soooo comfortable, and you can dress them up or down. So versatile, great for travel! Just wish they weren't so expensive. I always wait to see when the items I want go on sale. I didn't receive the shipping info so was a little worried when I didn't receive my package when I thought I was going to... I emailed Customer Service before I left the office and was pleasantly surprised when my package was waiting for me at home. opened my email and saw Customer Service had emailed me back (before I got home) letting me know the package had arrived. Wow! Great Customer Service.

If I could give it 0 I would, just on shipping and customer service. Received product left out in rain and they want me to go out and find a box etc to ship back and they will replace. Their contact numbers are all over the place and some send you to the wholesale department. The manager put me on hold at one point while I was talking. This company needs some serious revamping of their shipping and customer service departments.

Bad business practices and deplorable customer service

The short version is that I'll never order from this company again.The long version is that I ordered two pairs of sweatpants from Cozy Earth which arrived on 12/9. This was my first ever purchase from Cozy Earth so I consulted the size guide as well as the model images, and after doing this I opted to size up to a S from the recommended XS so they'd be loose and comfy. However, upon receiving the sweats, they're laughably short - to the point where they don't even reach my ankle at 5'8", despite the fact that the models are supposedly 5'10" wearing size XS, but I digress. I figure this is no big deal and I can simply send the sweats back, so I reached out to CE via email to find out next steps, and this is where things took a turn.I was very rudely informed by Mira/Almira that I was totally out of luck on returning one pair due to it being one of their "we made too much" items, and this person then tried to manipulate me into an exchange for the other pair when I had very clearly stated I wished to return them. They went so far as to say they needed to "check with their team" to see if they can allow an exchange - again, for the returnable pair - which is bizarre considering the website states that returns are allowed. It seemed to me as though this person was doing everything in their power to dissuade me from returning the item for a refund and attempting to take advantage of a new customer. I ended up just clicking around on the site and found the returns portal where I initiated things on my end, though I was also shocked to see that this company plans to charge an $11.99 "restocking fee" for a $100 pair of sweats, so that's pretty gross overall and honestly a bit scammy.Bottom line is, I don't and can't support any company who forces customers to keep items they're unhappy with, and their customer service is bad enough that I'd never shop here in the future.

Terrible Customer Service

I have not received my items that I purchased. They sent me an email stating that they would refund my account within 3-5 business days, it has been almost a month and still no refund or no response to my email with questions.

These are my second set of sheets…

These are my second set of sheets bought for a Queen and Full size bed. They are soft and fit the mattress perfectly without stretching over corners. They retain their softness after washing and are wrinkle free. Bought a set for my daughter who has also adopted the sheets as her favorite.

Do NOT purchase the “we made too much”…

Do NOT purchase the “we made too much” products. I ordered a ribbed night shirt & the product is beyond disappointing. The material is as heavy as a weighted blanket & the material feels rough, not like bamboo should feel at all. I contacted customer service asking for at least an exchange. 2 separate representative said sorry, no. Their customer service is a joke. No wonder there are so many 1 star reviews.

I love the products and will absolutely…

I love the products and will absolutely keep ordering more. I have the bamboo mattress cover, sheets, throw (both sizes) and the comforter cover! My son asked for throw for Christmas and I got him one. He absolutely loves his too. I have given a friend a sheet set and they love them too!Whenever I had any questions or concerns and sent an email to cozy earth. I had a reply within 2 hours max no matter what the time was. They did an amazing job. For the trolls getting mad about the box being left in the rain... that is a United postal service issue or whoever delivered the package not cozy earth.

Can look but hard to touch

Ordered towels but sadly they never arrived. Had to call over 2 weeks later, when shipping was apparently lost. Reordering was not a problem once connected to the company, but a hassle and still took over a week! Finally, after 3+ weeks, just got the towels. At these prices, shipping should be offered quick 2-3 days...not a week or longer.

This was my first order and was not as familiar with the products and policies. I ordered pajamas, thinking they were the bamboo ones, but were not, which was my error, but found that they would not let me exchange the ones I got for the bamboo. I understand policies, but when you spend A lot of money for upscale items you might think the company would offer some grace and allow you to spend even more to get the product you really wanted. Customer service was not very friendly or helpful. I will not be ordering more items in the future because of this. The items I bought are still available and our current things they offer so it’s not like it was a close out or leftover things. I have family members that have raved about your products and I was anxious to try them, but I was left disappointed after my first experience.
