Review Time
I had purchased cozy robes on November 14, for my daughter and her husband's anniversary next week because those are the ones they specifically asked for from Cozy Earth (which I had never heard of). I submitted my American Airlines Mastercard credit card that I've had for over 20 years and Cozy Earth accepted it and gave me an order number. Then I get a "refund" email stating my order had been "cancelled" with no explanation. Not until I was going through my spam that I realized a separate email was sent stating: "Unfortunately, your order that you placed with us was flagged by our system as a high risk of fraud. As a result, the order has been canceled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you are able to place the order again via PayPal or with another card that doesn't trigger a high-risk-of-fraud alert, you are welcome to do that!" I solely use this credit card for purchases because I get "miles". I have NEVER had this happen to me with this card. so disappointed with this company especially since my daugher had sent me the website and asked for these robes. It's so embarrassing since this is only their second wedding anniversary and now I have to scramble for a gift. In reading other reviews I noticed that "Ethan" is the one responding for the company. I would hope that he would respond to this review.
