Review Time
While I absolutely love Cozy Earth’s product, their customer service and business practices need a complete overhaul. In my opinion and own personal experience I feel they engage in bait and switch sales tactics. They are not transparent in regards to the membership rules and worst of all do not follow up to resolve issues or complaints. I have placed several orders simply because I love the bedding and clothing. Unfortunately I can no longer support their marketing trickery.
The fabric is nice. It was a final sale and I only bought because I thought the cut was the same as their pajama pants (that I love). They're way too tight and now I'm stuck with pants that I can't wear.For reference the pajama pants are medium, so I bought this in medium as well. I needed a large.
Ordered the standard sized silk pillow after sampling a friend’s king size one year prior; the filling in the pillow I ordered is inadequate, and the pillow flattens when I lay my head on it. There is a dent in the center that does not go away no matter how hard I try to fluff it. The pillow, which I purchased about five months ago for $300, continues to become flatter by the week.Left a two star review and they automatically changed it to five stars. Apparently, according to Reddit, this has happened before. Customer service is not responding.Their marketing is insanely aggressive. It is now 6pm and I have already received six separate text messages from them.
Recently relocated and was told that it would take a while for our furniture to arrive. So we ordered waffle towel set from Cozy Earth. The 2 largest towels are snagged multiple times on the waffle side. Would have been easier and less of a hassle to just go to Walmart. At least there we could have selected towels that met the price. Yes we can return them but the hassle of standing on a line in December is not anything that any of us want to do. Oh and there is that fee to return items that will cost more than 2 towels from Costco or Walmart. Below is a response from the manufacturer. What they say is not true. I’m forced to go 14 miles each way to return an item that is in poor condition. Again, this is one of those companies that want you to leave this great service but they do not. I purchased the product that I thought I was going to receive at 100%. Instead, I’ve gotta drive 28 miles purchase a box and purchase tape only to get the same lousy product. Below you state do not have to send anything back but yet here we are. I absolutely love this company and all the products that I have bought from sheets and Pj set and sleep shirts and waffle throws and pillowcases and towel wraps for body and hair and great name for you company. Everything is cozy comfortable and earth because product made with bamboo plus I joined the membership which pays you back what you paid for membership and the great deals you get.
