Review Time
My wife loves the bamboo pajamas. Unfortunately, I had to unsubscribe to your site this morning because I am getting multiple emails and texts every day. A couple times a month is fine but if every I purchased from did this there would not be enough time in the day to even delete all the messages. Hope this feedback helps your products are awesome.
The sheets are ridiculously priced. I bought a fitted sheet and two pillow cases. The sheets are nice, but not exceptional. The problem for me was the obscene amount of packing... the sheet and the pillow cases each came in their own little cotton satchel with tie... an incredible waste of material and expense for a brand that tries to pass itself off as earth-conscious.
The waffle bathrobe I purchased fell apart - the stitching came out on the pocket, and there are threads coming out all down the robe.I attempted to contact Customer Service by E-mail - twice - but nobody got back to me. Then I tried to call, but after 30 minutes on hold, I gave up and tried another way to return online. It said the item was not available for return, but that I could use some of the money to select another item. When I tried to do that, it took me right to the Purchase column, but the exchange price wasn't there. The $108 exchange price!Customer service finally responded but then did nothing! Don't make a mistake in order from these people!
Absolutely great quality of clothing, I love the material and how it feels. Delivery was pretty quick but could've been quicker. My biggest disappointment was that I ordered pajamas and thought it was a whole set but I only got the top. It was my fault for not reading properly however I don't understand why they are sold separately and together.
I ordered my item on February 1st and it never shipped. I emailed several times and each time I was sent an automated "Here is your order number and look for your tracking". I finally found a number to call, and what do you know it was an order that was a "pre-order" that was never communicated to me. I was supposed to have received an email telling me this but I received a "thank you for your order" email". It was also never listed on the site as this either.
1. Not a good value.2. Descriptions of article is misleading3. Final sale, but no regard to exchange for better fit4. Ridiculous pricing on a blouse, then reduction in price, so you think it will be a superior product.5. Total disregard for keeping returning customers.6. Heads up warning, not to do business with Cozy Earth, they are not customer friendly.
For the price of $200 for two bath towels and 4 hand towels I was so excited to receive what I thought would be the best towels I have ever owned. I washed them a couple of times before I used them and was shocked to see the unraveling of the material. I bought them on clearance which stated they could not be returned. I am incredibly disappointed.
