Wow, I am not a good sleeper, but I have wanted you pajama outfits and I used my new sheets, the Bamboo Oprah's Fav! I don’t remember the last time I slept like such a baby. No joke , I had the most comfortable, relaxing and peaceful sleep in the longest time, I can’t even remember. I can’t wait to go to bed tonight! They don't post any negative reviews on their website. They charge a 'security' shipping fee and a processing fee for returns so it's about $20 lost to return one item. Cozy Earth responded and I want to address their notes: - They did not respond to comment about negative reviews. - The Shipping protection fee has poor UX. It looks like you can opt out of it, but it's on an screen that is easy to miss through the normal shopping flow. It does not show as optional in the shopping cart.
I love the style, fit and above all, the luxurious and incredibly soft feel of the fabric. Easy to wash and maintain, the durable hoodies retain their luxurious fit and feel wash after wash. I actually find excuses and look for opportunities to wear the ultra-comfortable garments.
I would never advise anyone to buy anything on sale. Some sort of error was made in sizing and they refused to make a return or swap forthe correct size. Customer service was very frustrating to deal with because I kept getting conflicting stories as to what my original order was.
