Don’t bother

Ordered a duvet cover and sheet set received two duvet covers. I contacted customer service about their error and was asked for a picture of the package tags. After sending those I was now asked to send a picture of both duvet covers laid out. At this point I’m annoyed thinking they think I’m lying. I’m left still waiting for my replacement two weeks after the back and forth emails. To be honest the material of the linen material seems rough. I’m not looking forward to receiving the sheets given after now reading and experiencing the nightmare return experience. For the cost and lack of customer service this will be my last order with cozy earth. Not worth the price quality and inconvenience.

Comfiest PJs

By far the comfiest PJs I own! Cozy earth never disappoints when it comes to quality and comfy. The rib knit class pjs are super stretchy, soft, warm, and long enough for tall girlies! I’ve been living in them since I got them.

I wanted to love these towels

I wanted to love these towels, I wanted to throw away all my other towels and use only these. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. They're soft and thick, they're definitely wide but not as long as I'd like them to be. They're heavy but that means when you wrap them around and tuck in the hem to close it, the towel invariably falls open. I like them, but I have less expensive Lands End towels that are less wide but longer.

Bamboo Mattress Pad is fabulous!

Bamboo Mattress Pad is fabulous. Most mattress pads I have used I can feel under the sheets. The bamboo mattress pad is like sleeping on silk. I also sleep cool which is so nice.

The best sheets I've ever slept in!

The best sheets I've ever slept in!! I'm hooked I've also purchased an extra set as well as one for my guest room. The customer service is so great too! I washed my sheets twice and the flat sheet had a small hole. I filled out a claim and shortly after they sent me a brand new flat sheet. The only thing I am sad about is the discontinued olive green I loved the color!

The Nantucket Towel for the win!

RETURN SCAM

Their return process is easy but you are raped on fees and shipping cost if you do initiate a return. I bought sheets and a pajama top, which did not fit. I used a discount code and bought the top for $30. My credit after the return was $13.00. Done with companies that charge $400 for sheets or $70 for a top and if you are dissatisfied, the return is on you. BEWARE OF COZY EARTH
