Bedding…I am very picky when it comes to pillows. I ordered the silk pillow, which is a total hit! The bamboo sheets are amazing, they are so soft. My only negative comment is that the detergent stains the sheets in some spots. Not really sure how to deal with this. Any ideas, Cozy Earth?
Quality- Very soft and cozy high-end quality. Feel- Products feel like a cloud and a breath of fresh air.Customer Service- Great responsive, relatable and genuine customer service. Big Thanks to the CEO, Tyler, and his Hardworking Team!
I want to love the pajamas I bought, but when "they" arrived I received only the top. I emailed customer service and was told that the pants were out of stock and did I want to wait a month until they were back. I am waiting but wish the website had informed me that the pants were backordered. If they had I'd have ordered something else.
I ordered three different items from the men's bamboo collection in Navy for my husband's birthday. Immediately upon opening the package, I could see that not one, not two, but ALL THREE items were badly defective: prominently marked with large, shiny chemical stains/burns across the front and back, and on the shorts and joggers, deep indentations (not creases) where the drawstrings were permanently pressed into the main fabric during production. There is an indisputable systemic issue with the navy colorway, one that I'm sure this company is well aware of.And how did Cozy Earth respond when I sent them a detailed email with clear photos showing the extensive defects? Customer service agent said: "We understand that you are interested in replacing the pants and shorts you purchased due to some defects, however, we regret to inform you that the items included in our "We Made Too Much" sale are considered final sale items, and as clearly indicated on our website, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced."Excuse me...you call it the “we made too much” sale, not the “we made defective products” sale. I've combed the website and I still can't find any page saying that defective products will not be replaced or refunded if they are marked as final sale. DEFECTIVE products, not products that don't fit or are being returned on a whim. And they say this policy is "clearly indicated"... Never in my LIFE have I known another company to impose a policy like this. No respectable brand sells defective products without the possibility of return or replacement. After several exchanges with customer service, it is clear that I will receive no recompense from them, least of all a refund. Even the hoodie, which I payed full price for and is supposedly covered by the warranty, is proving extremely difficult to exchange. I filed a warranty claim with clear evidence, it took them a full week to get back to me, and I just received an email saying that my warranty claim has been denied for...no reason given. Now they're asking that I apply for an exchange which means I have to send the defective item back (are they going to try to resell it??) and pay $15 for return shipping.Anyone who's browsed the site or seen an ad knows that a huge part of Cozy Earth's marketing focuses on their "rest easy", "effortless" returns and exchange policy, 10 year warranty, and 100 Night sleep trial, amazing promises that go a long way in reassuring customers that they can trust the quality and customer service provided by a brand. However, THERE COULD BE NO GREATER MISREPRESENTATION of this brand's ethos. They are deceitful, unresponsive, and full of unpleasant surprises. Avoid at all costs.
Overpriced bamboo clothing, sold at high end discount pricing. Quality appeared good but my sizing was off. After contacting costumer support was told no exchanges or returns on any sale pricing. Everything was sale pricing, what a rip and a total loss for the consumer. Beware!
I bought the linen sheets because they were on sale and I had never bought anything from Cozy Earth before. I was nervous about the linen wrinkling and holding up. They feel amazing and are my favorite sheets. They don’t really wrinkle out of the dryer. Like any bedding they wrinkle with use but not as bad as I thought they would. I also love how the pillow casesAre open in the middle and not on the side.
I ordered a Queen size waffle blanket for my bed. It was so large, the sides were on the floor. I was told I had 100 days to try it at home. When I went to return the item, I was told it was a too many made, and I could not return it, though the Customer Service Rep sent me a link to return it! I wrote to the company and they pretty much told me too bad! Horrible, waste of $175. I will not purchase from them again! After I wrote this review, Cozy Earth contacted me and gave me a full refund. I think that was the correct thing, so I am a happy camper!
As much as I expected cozy earth products to blow my mind, they did not. The Bamboo hoodie had a flaw in the stitching right in the front. The kind that would have made the entire stitch line to come undone in one shot. That would not have been a big deal if they had a seamless return process. The online portal didn’t work and their support team nearly took a whole week and 3 different follow emails to respond. Still waiting to see if my exchange will ever show back up in the mail wich will only get dispatched after I send them back the current product so it will be weeks before I receive my actual product.
