Review Time
I have been a customer for about 14 months we were first gifted a pair of men’s pajama pants when my husband was diagnosed with cancer from future in-laws I fell in love with them so I have ordered several pair for myself since my experiences all have been good, but this last one I purchased a black pajama top with the white pinstripe in a large, which is what I order for myself And a small came so I reached out to customer service and asked if I could switch the small that was sent by mistake and if I could get the large in the meantime and then, when I receive that I would send back the small I was told no I have to send my product back first and then wait for the return of my correct size. I did not make the mistake but I still had to wait for my correct size. I wanted to take the pajamas on a trip with me. I was not able to do that, so with that being said , I think the correct solution would’ve been to send me the large and then when I received it, I could’ve sent back the small that was sent by accident. They have my credit card it’s not like they couldn’t get their money. And I also wish they would make the pajama tops Little longer in the length they are a bit short for me but I do love the pajamas. I think they could beef up their customer service just a wee bit.
@CozyEarth - DON'T ORDER - Ordered an item on 12/3/23. Never arrived. This morning they responded & canceled the entire order. I waited 6+ weeks, had purchased the item on discount & never would have heard if I did not reach out. They refuse to offer the same discount now.#SCAM
Love Cozy Earth. I am learning their products. I loved the bamboo joggers and tee shirt but I felt guilty and returned them. I have regretted that decision numerous times. I ordered, use and love Cozy Earth’s bamboo sheets. Super soft and more comfortable than silk to me. Indic not care for the linen sheets and returned them without any problems. I will continue to purchase Cozy Earth but I must wait for sales.
Bamboo joggers are exactly as described and wonderful. Fast shipping! Love this sustainability factor from this company and while prices can seem a bit expensive, you get what you pay for. Ordering another pair in a different color and will be ordering several other items.
Horrible company! On Dec 13 Ordered overpriced pajamas for a Christmas gift for a dear friend, here it is Jan 6 no package and no response to my emails. However I did get a survey to rate my nonexistent “conversation” with customer service. What a joke! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I have been looking for absorbent hair towels forever! When I buy them elsewhere they seem to be the opposite and repel water. The Waffle hair towels I just bought from Cozy earth are the best and very absorbent. They fit your head so well with a button to have it stay on top of your head turban style. I'm very happy!
