Read Cozy Earth's fine print regarding promotions. Their 100 day return policy is garbage if you buy merchandise under a promotion. If you pass 30 days, you are stuck. In my case, I had to choose between exchanging $300 of ill-fitting Christmas gifts or forgoing a $93 "gift card," which is the only reason I bumped that transaction up to $300 in the first place. If I used the gift card today, to prove that I'm not trying to use it in conjunction with my return, then I end all possibilities of exchanging the ill-fitting gifts. This would be so easy for them to fix, yet they refuse. Beware their sneaky inducement tactics and rigid rules that benefit no one. No more Cozy Earth for me.
This company keeps tax as part of their refund but details it nowhere on their refund policy. Also had to chase them for 3 weeks to get an update on refund and only then they refunded the partial amount minus tax. Would never order their product knowing they false advertise their refund policy.
After reading about these sheets I was excited to order them. I have 4 sets from 2 brands of bamboo sheets and I love them so much I decided I would never buy anything but bamboo despite the high cost. My others are the softest, coziest sheets ever! Sadly, Cozy Earth does not even come close. I thought I accidentally bought non-bamboo sheets. After one wash, little threads were pulling all over, they were not comfy, and they do not keep me cool like my other bamboo sheets. I have requested a refund within the allowable return period, but it looks like I will have to pay to ship them back- not really a guarantee, is it? I suppose I never considered that I'd have to ship them back after all the great reviews I read, but I'm guessing those people haven't tried better (S&G) bamboo sheets.
I purchased the Premium Plush towels to replace a less expensive set. I was a hesitant because I wasn't sure the bamboo would be as absorbent as a high quality cotton towel, such as one from Frontgate. I shouldn't have worried. These towels are generously sized, soft and very absorbent without the slightest bit of sogginess. I highly recommend them!
Towels, sheets, and pillows are all excellent products. The sheets are the softest and most comfortable I have ever owned. I have had various thread counts and blends of sheet sets and Cozy Earth ranks superior. The plush towels are ever so luxurious. Watch out if you have a piece of jewelry on. At time it had gotten caught in the loops causing a snag. I had to learn the hard way with the charcoal colored towels. I rise the electric toothbrush after each use and had used the hand towels to dry before placing on the bath vanity. Much to my surprise Sensodyne whitening tooth paste left small bleach spots on the hand towels. The pillows are snuggly and just the right size. I have both standard and king size. Future plans includes the purchase of a mattress cover and comforter.
I started with the sheets, expanded to comforter and duvet covers, towels, shirts, and this year... pillows and lightweight blanket. I love how the sheets feel and they wash wonderfully. I have a maroon shirt that's my favorite and the pillow is super comfy. The new blanket did shed a lot and so I washed it and I'm hoping that will solve the problem. I always wait for a sale and I don't expect fast shipping so I've never had problems with that. I did two orders this year that I received before Christmas and I'm in Hawaii. I love that they have expanded their colors in the sheets. Great product!
I ordered a pair of pajamas o/a 12/30/23 for my wife’s bday on 1/4/24. Had them sent to my daughter’s AZ home since we would be there on this date. Nothing so far except two notices from USPS that package was undeliverable. I went back and checked original order and address is correct. Additionally, after reaching out 2x to the “customer service” help line…have not head a thing. Tomorrow I call AmEx and yell fraud…payment accepted but goods not delivered. They’ve left me no choice. I would advise anyone thinking about doing business with this company to stop and read this carefully and don’t. I know I won’t ever again nor will anyone in my family.
