Review Time
I am by nature a "frugal" person so didn't envision myself ever buying anything from this company, but then I received a free pair of socks at a Jazz game. I tried them out for a day and decided that I definitely needed to buy more! They are so comfortable, soft and cushy! I love wearing them and do see myself purchasing other products from them.
We recently spent thousands of dollars on sheets, comforter, mattress pad, pillows, pillow cases, and all the rest. The sheets themselves look terrible. All bunched up and wrinkly all the time. They bunch up in uncomfortable ways, pill up, they are itchy and uncomfortable. Just terrible. On top of that, our comforter cover zipper broke within the first couple of weeks. Very low quality item. We requested for Cozy Earth to make it right, and they refused.
I placed order for duvet cover, shams, and sheets. Got email confirming shipment of all items; then got one confirming delivery of all items. Packing slip listed all items as well, but sheets were missing. After an hour plus waiting for cust service rep, I heard, “Oh yeah. We’re out of stock on those.” I’ll spare the laborious details, but a month later still no sheets after they were promised a second time. Then several calls re the issue were met with impertinence from cust service dept. Sent an email and copied it to CEO. Nothing. Was promised call back from supervisor. Nothing. This is how a fly by night company fizzles quickly. Nothing keeps customers like attentive service and integrity. Cozy Earth fails miserably at this. IMO, Oprah needs to rescind her glowing recommendation. They’ve certainly lost my respect and trust.
I purchased a bamboo duvet cover from Cozy Earth on 1/10/2024, but it's been eleven days since then, and I still haven't received it. I've tried to reach out to customer service twice, hoping to find a solution to this major delay, but both times I was dismissed and told to follow up with USPS on my own. I'm extremely frustrated that my time and money have been wasted on an order that isn't even close to arriving. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I expect Cozy Earth to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I paid for a product, and I deserve to know when it will arrive. If this matter isn't resolved satisfactorily, I will be returning the item as soon as it arrives.
We own a lot of Cozy Earth and received a defective pajama top, let me tell you, their customer support is horrible at best. They want to charge us for the return, as this is now sold out and if they replace it with a different color, it will be way more expensive. We paid full price for these. We will never purchase from them again. Mostly a great product, but heaven help you if there is a damaged article received.
