Creative Fabrica has loads of useful content, so the platform itself is great. However, my experience with their free trial was frustrating... I signed up for a one-month trial, intending to use the service before committing to a full year, but I was unexpectedly charged £56.40 for a yearly subscription, 4 days after signing up for the trail. I reached out to customer support, who told me that I 'clicked' the upgrade banner, which I definitely did not! I’ve seen reports from other users experiencing the same problem, suggesting this may be a wider technical issue—or possibly deliberate practices. The way the trial is presented feels misleading and manipulative. After contacting customer support, the issue was resolved quickly—they issued a pending full refund and cancelled the subscription. (So much for a free trial)The content is excellent, but I would caution anyone signing up for the free trial to monitor their payments closely, be aware of how the trial is presented, and watch out for that “upgrade banner.”
I have just had such a positive experience with the Customer Service team I had purchased a yearly subscription last week, but noticed that 3 separate amounts had been taken from my account.I contacted Customer Service, they were quick to reply to my query.Within a few hours the extra 2 amounts were back in my account I was very impressed with the service
I purchased a 1-year All Access subscription on September 6, 2025, and my plan is still active. However, just minutes after I accidentally clicked a banner on October 17, 2025, my account was charged again for $47 — even though I already have an active 1-year subscription.This is clearly a billing error — yet I was told it could take several days to receive a response. That delay is not acceptable, especially when the mistake was caused by Creative Fabrica’s system, not mine.I shouldn’t have to deal with bank issues or payment problems for something that isn’t my fault. Please process my refund immediately, today, and confirm once it’s done.I’m expecting your immediate response.

I am extremely disappointed to see a $47 charge deducted from my account immediately after my free trial ended. I signed up only for the free trial and did not intend to continue with a paid subscription. There was no clear reminder or warning before this amount was taken, which feels unfair and unexpected.
