I had an issue with a file I got on Creative Fabrica that was only discovered when I tried to cut it on my Cricut to make planner stickers. The support team was quick to reach out to the designer and within days I had a link to the edited/updated file. I still have time to enjoy my Halloween stickers! Great job, CF!

I don't think it gets any better than this. I needed a refund. Not for their mistake but for my own mistake. And still they refunded me! I don't know any other company that would. They prompt fast and efficient. I litteraly got refunded the next day after my complaint.
