Exceptional customer service and a VERY useful site!

There are excellent files on this site and more added all the time. If you're looking for something specific, I'm pretty sure you're going to find it here. The site is easy to navigate and download. Searching for something if a breeze! I had a small billing problem, and the customer service team jumped right on it and handled it immediately! Prompt, professional and with exceptional speed. The took care of it right away - no waiting weeks for help! The site is excellent but the people who work there are spectacular.

Whenever I deal with Creative Fabrica I am always treated with such respect and courtesy. Recently I was inquiring about a font I liked. It took a long while to hear back but they apologized for the delay and sent me the font for free. How kind was that?

When a company understand customer service...

I recently tried Creative Fabrica with a free trial. At the end of the trial, although I loved the services offered, I decided that the cost didnt really fit my very small budget at this time. I decided to cancel, however I was a day late. I reached out to ask if they could possibly refund me. To my surprise, I did! I love a company that is willing to go the extra step in helping out their customers. Although I cant afford a subscription now, Creative Fabrica will be my only choice when my budget expands (in the near future 🤞)!

Shady Billing Practices

Wow, talk about shady billing practices. I initiated a trial subscription to CreativeFabrica, and then immediately wanted to cancel because I couldn't find the right type of images. When I went to cancel, it said I had to wait for the account to become active after 24 hours. I did that, and when I went to cancel, I had to navigate through 5 screens to do it. It finally says I canceled my subscription but that it billed me for a full year and that my subscription will cancel in 2026. WTF???? I canceled the subscription immediately and now must call my credit card company to dispute the credit card charge, and will also be reporting CreativeFabrica to the Better Business Bureau. Don't use this company!!!!!!!

Great place for lots of crafting and ideas and support.I had a problem with my subscription and Dimitri sorted this for me in no time at all with courtesy and politeness. I was very satisfied with the support I was given and the speed with which it was resolved.The subscription is fantastic value for moeny, particularly if you can use the annual one.

I appreciated their responsive and attentive customer service. My daughter had signed up for a trial without my knowledge and they were very generous in cancelling the account and refunding the yearly charge when the trial ended. Thank you for your understanding!

I’ve started free trial and while…

I’ve started free trial and while scrolling through the page, pop up banner somehow charged me for annual subscription. After emailing customer service, problem was solved within 3 days and my money was back in my bank account. It’s a good website but not sure if what I was looking for. Brilliant customer service. Thank you for your support and helping solve the issue.
