Review Time
I cannot believe what I have experienced with Creative Fabrica, I made a mistake by clicking the wrong button, thinking I was entering a Free Trial period, and found that I had paid for a year's subscription. Being a pensioner I couldn't afford that amount being taken from my account. I quickly sent an email to the 'support', and within a week it has all been sorted, with just contact from two of their employees, I am now receiving a full refund. I cannot recommend this company enough on their customer service. I will be certainly using them again, but will be extra careful on what I "Click" next time.
A previous subscription was erroneously charged. Aly from Creative Fabrica responded promptly and immediately issued refunds. Creative Fabrica’s team has always been responsive any time I’ve had a question. They’re customer service is top notch!
I am using this site for several years and i have seen it growing. I love how many things they have that you can use for my digital creations but also for the physical stuff. If you do not understand something they also have some lessons you can follow and absolutely love the studio where you can also use some Ai stuff. Sometimes the customer service is sometimes a bit slow but always helped very nicely.
SCAMMERS through and through. I was charged for a full years subscription after only signing up for a free trial and 2 days later they charged my card $47. There's not even an option to cancel anywhere. I followed the instructions and the cancel button doesn't exist. They have yet to respond to my emails.
Creative Fabrica is an awesome website for crafters; however, it was more than I needed for the crafts I do and they were gracious to cancel my subscription as I asked. IF I were YOUNGER(!) :) this would be the website to go to for anything you would want to do. Possibilities are endless and amazing!!!!
I contacted Creative Fabrica about an issue with my subscription. I NEVER expected such a quick and easy resolution! They were quick to respond and and fixed the issue in record time. Highly recommend!!
