Been with Creative Fabrica for some years and they never let me down, they are speedy to answer any issues I have had, and their website is my go to for all my creating ideas in fact I am a member until 2030 I take advantage when they offer a discount on an extra years, and the site is always improving and adding, so to anybody who is into creating you will not be sorry for joining Creative Fabrica.

Stellar Support Team

Every time I’ve reached out for support my request has been handled quickly and to my satisfaction. A couple of times I’ve had problems with downloads and they sent me the files and fixed the issues. I also clicked on a pop up and accidentally renewed for another year even though I had just renewed. My refund was processed quickly and without any hassle. Hands down my favorite site for digital content!

Unauthorized charge during free trial – no clear warning

I activated a free trial on Creative Fabrica less than 24 hours ago, downloaded only 10 items, and suddenly €55 was charged from my card. There was no clear notice that the trial would convert into a paid annual subscription or that any charge would occur before the trial ended.I am a lawyer based in Germany, and this kind of practice is not compliant with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), which require explicit consent before any paid subscription starts.I contacted support and requested a full refund and cancellation. If not resolved promptly, I will proceed with chargeback through my bank and report this to the German consumer protection authority (Verbraucherzentrale).Be careful with this platform — they charge you even during the “free” trial without transparent warning.and I stayed within that limit — only 10 downloads in total.

Downloading Babies Girl Font Duo a Success!

I was having problems in downloading a certain font, a duo font actually, so I tried to contact Creative Fabrica Support for help. True enough, Gabriela emailed me and offered to help me with my concern. It took us a few days, with Gabriela doing everything while I give my feedback on it. Then at last, I was able to download both fonts and use it in my Silhouette Studio and Paint apps. I am more than a 100% satisfied with the support I got. Thank you so much Gabriela and Creative Fabrica!

Absolute BEST customer service

I mistakenly created a second account with a different email address and didn’t cancel in time and got charged! As soon as I saw the charges I was confused because it routed back to the email I don’t typically use for crafting! I emailed Creative Fabrica and received a follow up VERY quickly, and told me what I had done, asked which account I wanted to keep and fully reimbursed me even though it was my mistake!

I signed up for an additional year…

I signed up for an additional year subscription! It was confusing because it doesn’t give you a notice that states it was successful, just an invalid date message. So I clicked the button again and got the same message. I looked at my subscription and saw I was charged for 3 additional years. I contacted customer service and they promptly refunded two years, quickly no questions asked. My suggestion is to change the pop up message to show that the transaction had occurred successfully, not an invalid date message. This would save a lot of confusion

FREE trial is a scam

The website clearly stated that the free trial included 10 downloads, but my account was automatically charged €57.34 after downloading EXACTLY 10 files. When I contacted support, they said that the last download triggered the paid subscription, even though the site says you can download up to 10 files. That means the charge happens before you reach the promised limit, which is misleading and feels very deceptive.I wouldn’t have minded paying for a service I intended to use, but the lack of transparency made me feel tricked into a yearly plan I didn’t want. Support was useless and simply repeating automatic information.
