It took me a long time deciding to subscribe but when I did I decided to skip the free trial. I’m not entirely sure how I did it but I ended up paying for two years instead of one. I contacted them and had a really quick response and they refunded me the extra year straight away. I’m very impressed with the customer service.

Good place for a variety of craft pictures and ideas. It is my go to site. I have subscribed for a couple of years now.The only issue I have is the pop-ups to extend the subscription. They can be clicked accidentally very easily but customer services were brill and refunded me.
