Complicated subscription page that cons you into a free trial. No reminder or warning issued to alert you they are about to take a payment 30 days later. After cancelling the subscription on the back of them taking this annual subscription payment, they then attempted to take a further annual subscription payment 30 days later! Totally designed to con people into taking out a subscription. As for customer service, forget it it unless you enjoy email conversations with an AI bot.
UPDATE
In all fairness to Creative Fabrica I think their response below is considerate and hopefully it will enable others to evaluate the product without fear of forgetting to cancel their subscription.
Creative Fabrica also appears to have refunded my payment. They did not need to do this as it was ultimately my error,so, I thank them for their customer service. In all my correspondence with them they have been polite and professional.

My Creative Fabrica subscription is valid until April 2026 and was previously set to cancelled statu

My Creative Fabrica subscription is valid until April 2026 and was previously set to cancelled status, meaning it was not supposed to auto-renew.

However, without any action from me, the subscription status automatically changed to active, and a renewal popup (which I never clicked) charged my card twice yesterday and once again today.

Yesterday, when I contacted support, I was informed that:

Both of yesterday’s transactions were refunded, and

My subscription was marked as cancelled.

However:

I have received a refund for only one of the two transactions from yesterday.

My subscription was never actually marked as cancelled, which resulted in another charge today.

Because of these repeated unexpected charges and the automatic popup behavior, I am now afraid to use Creative Fabrica at all.

I kindly request:

Immediate refund of the remaining transactions.

Written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and will not auto-renew.

Clarification on why my subscription status changed without my consent.

Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Like many others here, I signed up for the free trial to download a font that was advertised as free

Like many others here, I signed up for the free trial to download a font that was advertised as free. The creator’s original site wasn’t working, so this was one of the only available sources.

I later discovered that the trial had a 24-hour cancellation window, which I was not aware of at the time. When I tried to cancel, I had already been charged for a yearly subscription to a service I don’t use and do not plan on using.

I contacted support, but the response did not resolve the issue.

After being charged, I tried looking for something to useful in it, but much of the content appears to be AI-generated material. There is also no way to filter out AI content, which I dislike.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience.
