i joined the annual subscription for free, and then forgot to unsubscribe since i just open the website once a month to see the planner only. i ask for the refund and they accept it right away. this is a kind of you guys..hopefully can subscribe again in the future
I am a regular Creative Fabrica assets user. Even if I subscribe from time to time (depending on my needs and my workflow), I keep returning and use their great stuff. Recently, I activated a trial period, just to check what's new (I am always curious about new stuff !), and I forgot to cancel it. A yearly subscription was then automatically activated. I would have to let it there, but I just did not planned any purchase so far. I then asked for a refund, while knowing that their Policy does not allow it : they made an exception for me ! I do appreciate such customer care from companies that really care. Thanks CF Team!
Creative Fabrica's support associates are professional and kind. I had the problem that I see others have had of not seeing the change that puts the ability to purchase assets as a small text selection rather than the large buttons that were there before. The AI bot was not helpful (as they usually are not). However, there was an option to open a ticket in the bot generated email. Doing so got fast attention from the live support crew and my problem was quickly solved.
I love the options of graphics and projects available! Not every single one is perfect, but with the annual subscription, I can download a few and pick the right one. Also, had a small billing issue. I messaged them and they resolved the whole thing within a few days. Customer service goes a long way for customer loyalty.
Honestly, it's a load of bollocks. Not clear that there's a recurring subscription and you go around in circles trying to figure things out. In this day and age, thankfully business models like this are declining, bunch of jokers. 5 pages to scroll through to cancel, you are kidding me. I can't believe that companies still operate like is in 2025.
I was scammed! The so-called “free trial” doesn’t even last a single day: they charge you immediately nearly €60 for a service I never even used.They offer this “free trial” by asking for your bank or PayPal details, but what they actually do is place a huge annual subscription button, right above a tiny phrase that says “cancel anytime.” With just one click, you’re already charged.Even worse: there is no visible button anywhere to cancel from your account.I am already in the process of filing a claim with PayPal and will soon report them formally for fraud.I’ve read hundreds of reviews from people who went through the same experience. I should have checked before… Don’t fall into the same trap I did.
