Credit where it's due, CF has emailed back, fully refunded me and have passed on my comments about payments. I am happy with their response. It took almost 24 hours to hear back, which is a good time. I was simply worried that I would be out of pocket. You may have protection through Link if you sign up through them, which is peace of mind in general. They ask you to wait 5 days for the company to reply. But it's useful to know.Original review: I've been charged twice today and already have a 1 year subscription til May 2026. £112.80 extra was taken without any payment confirmation whatsoever. And no steps to consent or confirm the charge. Basically, instantaneous.The purchase button is the same colour as the download button and even has the download symbol on, so this is misleading. It contravenes the following laws:Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs):Prohibits misleading actions or omissions in the buying process.Dark patterns (like making the pay and download buttons look identical) can fall under this.Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013Requires clear upfront information before a consumer is bound by a contract or payment.A purchase without a confirmation step or clear warning about extra cost may breach this.Payment Services Regulations 2017Requires explicit consent for each payment.Auto-billing without clear user intent might not meet this standard.Furthermore, no payment or contract confirmation was sent and no invoice for HMRC records. No reply to my emails today. No contact number. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and contacting my credit card company if this is not resolved quickly. I had been enjoying CF for my projects, but am now on high alert and very anxious and disgusted by today's fiasco. UK law must stop being ignored by these foreign companies. Ticket number: 1013378

Massive font collection!

Firstly, the volume of good stuff on this site is AMAZING. Their subscription would be high for me as a “non-subscription” person except for the fact that I am a font freak, and I would pay more than the annual amount on fonts alone. Not only that, but they have images and templates and even digital brushes. It really is a one-stop media source. Second, the customer service is kind and patient, even when you have repeatedly, albeit accidentally, renewed your subscription numerous times and need to reverse the charge.

Correction for misspelled words on image

Purchased an image that had a misspelling that I missed. (I”m ADD all right!) Anyway, I reported it and the artist fixed the mistake and I’m able to redownload the correct image. So happy to have it fixed quickly. Thank you!

Signed up for their free trial but they…

Signed up for their free trial but they will not allow you to cancel after you first sign up. You must wait out an unlisted trail period before they "allow" you to cancel. It's a far cry from their "cancel anytime" promotional phrasing when you sign up. Only logical reason is they want you to forget to cancel.

I signed up for a free trial on September 28, 2025, which was supposed to last until October 28, 2025. I wanted to cancel right away but my account showed “activating subscription”, which prevented me from cancelling. I contacted the support and was advised to wait 24hrs before I try to cancel again. However, I was charged $47 on September 29, despite not activating or using the subscription on the website at that time.This experience was frustrating and concerning, as the charge occurred during the free trial period without my consent.
