Review Time
I used to really like this company and have bought 4 covers since 2020.My last purchase was November 2024, and on January 2025 I requested an update. They told me that because I got standard shipping, they could not tell me where my cover was or how long it would get to me. Their website advertises that to North America, covers will arrive within 2 weeks. Anyhow, I asked for multiple updates and waited until now (February 2025) to get a chargeback. I don’t know why the company has changed, but this is definitely a scam now.
Sadly I was hoping this was going to be a fun purchase. However the jike is on me I guess. I paid for the product. Money was taken from my credit card. I was hoping this wasn't another scam company, but all I got was an empty package in the mail. With a sticker that said thanks for the purchase. No response in days from service department. Beware I guess. Everything out there is a scam it appears.
I recently purchased card stickers from cucu covers and I have to say, I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of the product itself. It's exactly what I was looking for, and it performs even better than I expected. The sticker design is fantastic, and the overall craftsmanship is truly impressive. I've already recommended it to several friends, and I can see myself being a loyal customer for years to come – the product itself is that good.However, my experience with the shipping process was less than ideal. While the product itself exceeded my expectations, the communication and tracking information regarding my order were disappointing. The estimated delivery date came and went without an update, and I had to reach out to customer service to get any information about the status of my shipment. While the customer service representative was polite and helpful, the lack of proactive communication was frustrating. The tracking information, when finally available, was vague and didn't provide much insight into where my package was.Ultimately, my order arrived much later than initially anticipated. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of clear communication and accurate tracking made the wait more stressful than it needed to be.Despite the shipping issues, I want to reiterate how incredibly pleased I am with the [Product Name]. It's a truly exceptional product, and it's clear that cucu covers puts a lot of care and attention into the quality of what they create. If they can improve their shipping communication and tracking process to match the high quality of their products, they would be unstoppable. I would happily purchase from them again, but I sincerely hope they address these logistical shortcomings.
Ordered product on January 8th with expedited shipping. Selected the $2.00 shipping protection, even though I considered it at the time to be a scam since product should arrive safely at minimum if you're ordering online. Envelope arrived completely empty- when reached out to support with this requesting a refund for product that didnt arrive I was told I would need to deal with USPS- when;It was Cucucovers shotty envelope that was not properly sealedThey took my $2.00 for "shipping protection" for lost/damaged shipments as "insurance"I paid more for expedited shipping than I did for the product that never even arrived.
