A two hour journey to Stockport but well worth it. Car exactly as described and competitively priced. Mike made the purchase pleasant, professional and unhurried (makes shite tea though!!!). Thorough, clear purchase process, Trading Standards Certified. Felt i was in full command of everything i should know through every step.On first visit, the car was well presented and on collection fully valeted to a very good standard including the engine compartment. Pre-sale checks appear Comprehensive and 3 month warranty reassuring. Just returned from Cornwall having delivered the vehicle to my daughter. We are both very pleased thus far. Would wholeheartedly recommend this garage.
My Son bought a car from here and it had so many issues within the first week alone it was shocking. Warning sensors. Ad blue valve. Parking sensors. Air conditioning faulty. Was also told leave it with us we will get it fixed and they would not even give him a car to get home 20 miles away. He was promised the earth and they went back on their word. Avoid the Eccles site. Never again. Good job he got the full warranty which cost a lot too. Please avoid as the car was not even checked as promised. Worst dealership have ever come accross. Worst customer service.

I dealt with joe when buying my car after a couple of small issues (which was nothing to do with them) I am deciding to go for something else with them and swap my vehicle , they have been nothing but helpful and nothing has been too much trouble , Dan the sales manager was also absolutely lovely. highly recommended and a trustworthy company to deal with.
Jaydon was amazing from start to finish, quick call back on enquiry kept up to date on the progress over the weekend and easy to arrange a time to collect the car. On day of collection everything was ready car cleaned and paperwork organised. Pleasure to deal with.
