The best foundation I’ve ever used! I don’t often wear makeup and when I do I like it to look natural and minimalistic. I saw Dcypher foundation as an Instagram ad and was intrigued - I’ve not looked back since. It’s so simple yet genius! No time faffing trying to guess your shade or colour match - it’s literally my skin on a bottle. I also ABSOLUTELY LOVE that you can customise it - I went for a medium coverage with a glowy finish and it’s perfect. Thank you Dcypher ❤️
I’d read the reviews for a few months before deciding to give it a go. I placed my order, and was immediately advised due to volume of sales there would be a delay in shipping, which kept me informed. It turned up a few days later so not long to wait. I’m really pleased with the colour and coverage, a perfect match 😊
Saw ad on Insta and the day before I'd run out of foundation so decided to give it a go, even though I thought it sounded gimmicky and wasn't convinced. However, I ordered the full coverage foundation and the shade match is perfect and the coverage is excellent, and so easy to apply. I've used foundations from £10 - £75 and I'd rate this as one of the best, perhaps even the best I've ever used (I've only used it twice so far, so don't want to definitively say it's the best just yet! Boots No 7 is also excellent for a slightly more budget friendly option.) I'm a little more unsure about the drops I added to my order, but I'm sure I'll get better with them. I would say that the colour match is perfect for my skin coming into the winter, I think for the summer months I'd redo the photo when I have a bit of a tan! But I'm extremely pleased with the product and will definitely be a repeat user.
I bought the foundation and foundation serum drops. The first delivery was the perfect match to the lightest shade in my skin tone so technically it was a perfect match but after wearing for 3 days I felt it was just a shade too light.I contacted customer services and answered the questionnaire and a second set with the adjustment was dispatched to me. I didn’t even need to return the first set. The second colour really is a perfect match to my colour right now. I chose the medium coverage and natural finish foundation which is beautiful. The serum drops are versatile and add more coverage or can be added to sun screen or moisturiser for a lighter finish.Customer service is brilliant and I would recommend the process very happy with the results. I can now clear my makeup drawer of all the mismatched foundations I have bought and not used.
The first match via AI was too light and flakey. However, Dcypher put it right immediately. I sent a photo with the original product on, they sent me a free adjustment and it was perfect. I'm 52 so changed to radiant which solved the flakiness as the other was too dry for my skin. I usually have to make do or mix 2 shades - I've never had a match like this one - like my skin in a bottle! Thanks Dcypher
It took a couple of attempts to find the perfect match, but the company kept trying until they got it right, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result.I prefer a light, natural coverage, so I purchased the drops which I mix with my own moisturiser.I can’t recommend the company and the product highly enough. I’ve finally found my holy grail foundation after years of trying and a small fortune wasted.
Really good! I thought I’d give it a go based on reviews and wasn’t disappointed. The first foundation that arrived was too orange, but CS were super helpful and the second one sent to me (for free) is perfect. Coverage and finish are exactly what I wanted. 11/10 for an internet purchase you should take the gamble :)
I ordered some foundation from Dcypher after seeing some adverts on Instagram and some good reviews here. Don't usually get my makeup online without shade testing first but the reviews were so good I thought I'd give it a try.Used the skin shade analyser and took a photo by a window without makeup on in natural daylight and requested my shade. I'm black so when the shade arrived more of a mixed race tone, I knew looking at the bottle it wouldn't match but tried it anyway and it didn't. Got in touch with customer services and they offered an exchange to the right shade or a refund. I opted for an exchange because I did want to see if they could match my shade. They dispatched a new shade really quickly after I sent another photo and although it was a slightly closer match unfortunately it was still a couple of shades too light so I requested a refund.I just wanted to leave a review because their customer service was AMAZING. They responded to emails quickly, they were apologetic when the shades didn't match and when I returned both bottles after requesting a refund and showed proof of postage (which they covered the cost for) they issued my refund extremely quickly. Great company and although I'm gutted they couldn't find my shade (not sure if it's just harder to match darker skin undertones via photograph?), I'll maybe try again in the future.
