Last year I bought a sofa which I was really pleased with. This year I ordered a wing chair in the same material. However when it arrived it is a totally different colour. I have emailed the company 3 times all I get is colours can vary. This isn't a slight variation it is a big variation. I ordered 2 swatches to make sure I ordered the correct colour. I am now very disappointed and have a settee and a chair that don't match.

Customer service has been great with any questions I had. Had a few text messages regarding delivery to keep me upto date and it was delivered ontime (30 minutes early) but that was no issue. I purchased a 2 seater and 2 high back chairs (chesterfield) lovely made, and perfect firmness. I would highly recommend.
