Like any company, human error is essentially going to creep in. We ordered a 3 seater and a 2 seater arrived. Customer service were quick to deal with the issue and we recieved our 3 seater shortly after. The 2nd issue cropped up with a patch on it that started to peel away. Once again, customer service manager, Samantha was quick to get back to me and resolved the issue with professionalism. She went above and beyond my expectations. Will buy again from this company due to the customer service alone!
We recently bought two three seater Buckingham sofas and a wing armchair.As with every web purchase you’re a little nervous having not seen the product “ in the flesh” and spending such a lot of money.We needn’t have been bothered.The sofas are beautiful- way beyond our expectations in all honesty. The carving on the extended feet we bought -a little pricey- is magnificent.We couldn’t be any happier.The only downside to the entire experience was the delivery people were very reluctant to remove and dispose of the packaging.Would highly recommend this supplier.
i have written a few reviews about this company and they appear to have been removed. i have told friends to look up as they are not the company they want to be using. and they cant find them, made around May 2023 about a transaction i had with them in aug/nov 2022, which cost me nearly £ 1000.00 in blackmail money by this company to have their monstrous sofa removed from my house. i have been quite ill because of this company and have not yet recovered. and to find you have removed my trustpilot review is quite a shock. because it was not a fake review. you perhaps should look up this company on companies house, with different people owning this company and running it and same people resigning because of god knows what. and hen closing down and then re appearing under a different name etc. they appear quite dodgy. so to have my review removed like this shocks me. i have today gone through some and find that a lot of the 1 star is removed after me reading the first line of their review. why is this??? so now i feel that trustpilot is not to be trusted if they believe this companies lies.thank you for your reply, i have been through since 2022 till now and these were not included, so dont know where they were but glad to see they are here now. this company have a lot to answer for. but thank you and apologies for previous review, but you have at top of page that you have taken a lot of fake reviews off this companies pages and i thought that was why i could not find them. mine are not fakes bur real. again apologies and thank you.
