I bought two of the dresses in different colors and while I like them, the green dress came with some flaws in the dying process that make it look grease stained. I have written to ask for an exchange of my green dress twice now with no acknowledgement of receipt of my letters at all.Very disappointed in the lack of customer service

This place is a total scam!!

This place is a total scam!!! Do not spend money here, or you will be grossly disappointed. Everything is cheap, drop-shipped from China and you cannot make a return. I returned my dress and months later, they're still not refunded me and I keep getting the same canned response. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this horrible "store".

I ordered a dress in two colors to see which I preferred. I wrote back once I tried them on that I would keep black and not beige and that I wanted to return the beige - they don't respond. They are absolute SCAMMING THIEVES.

I Ordered a dress and it was too small

I Ordered a dress and it was too small. I wanted to return the dress and the return policy states that in order to make a return, you must contact them and tell them the reason for the return and once they approve it, they will give you the address to send the return. I have contacted them several times and no one has gotten back to me. I would not recommend this company. I would Stick to reputable companies that have customer service and a return policy.

Do NOT buy! The dress is cheap material and SUPER itchy. The fit isn't great. They haven't responded to my calls or emails about returns. ITS A SCAM! I have emailed them over 2 weeks ago to return and radio silence.

Horrible customer service !the dress i ordered was just ok, thin and it didn't fit. I went to return it. they only offered a 30% refund and then never actually refunded anything! stopped answering my emails. Do not shop here!

NO!!

This is a farse. The website says it has a 100% money back guarantee. when I attempted to return a dress because it did not fit, I was told to keep the dress and choose something else in exchange instead of a refund, but they wanted my credit card for shipping. NO. Now no return emails to my requests.

Mislead on Material.

The "linen" dress I ordered, which looks like linen in the pictures and is listed as "75% linen, 25% cotton," is absolutely NOT linen. It feels fully synthetic, and there is no material tag on the garment at all (which is not even legal in Canada). Don't trust this company!I have made a complaint with the competition bureau of Canada for the missing fabric tag and misleading advertising.
