they did what they said they were going…

they did what they said they were going to do it took a little longer that i expected but within 2-3 days the phone was unlocked highly recommend

Do not waste your money

So I paid nearly$100 to this company in hopes they can help me unlock my Boost mobile phone. They try telling you to first make sure you put in a different sim that's not from boost mobile and make sure you see screen to input their codes, however it doesn't say anything in the beginning of their website until after you paid for their service's is when they tell you all that then say we don't give refunds only store credit wtf am I suppose to do with their store credit when they don't have like a way to buy a used cellphone

Worked and within short wait

I had doubts at first but i went ahead anyway paying direct unlocks for unlocking my network locked phone. Then i get an email telling me that it will take 10 days and i thought for sure it's a scam. But i keep tracking my order and it progresses daily. The unlock code for my phone came within 5 days instead of 10 days and it worked! My phone is unlocked and i am using it with my local service provider. Thank you Direct Unlocks.

This company is an absolute joke.

This company is an absolute joke.I handed over my money because they guaranteed they could unlock my iPhone 14. We read every bit of their fine print. First they wanted a deposit. Then they wanted more. Then—surprise—they demanded even more money for some “premium package” that was never mentioned anywhere. At that point we were already $300 deep, so we paid it.And what did we get? Nothing. No unlock, no explanations, no replies. They completely disappeared. No returned calls, no answered emails—just radio silence from a company that pretends to be professional.Based on my experience, this place wasted my time, took my money, and vanished. I wouldn’t trust them with a dead battery, let alone an iPhone unlock.

Worst Experience Ever, Still No Unlock After 5+ Months

I placed an order with DirectUnlocks on May 2, 2025 to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro (T-Mobile USA) and paid for three services — $24.99 (Eligibility Check), $54 (Standard Unlock), and $174.99 (Premium Service).It has now been over five months, and my phone is still locked. Every time I contact support, I get the same message: “We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.” — but nobody ever follows up. I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve promised updates and failed to deliver.My support ticket (RE: 352228708345765) has been “99% complete” for months, but there’s been no progress, no communication, and no resolution. They even blocked me from live chat, and emails to their support address go unanswered.Per their own policy, if the Premium Service fails, a full refund should be issued. Yet they continue to ignore my refund requests while holding my money and not providing the service I paid for.This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away — they take your payment, make empty promises, and never deliver what they advertise.

Scammers

They took my money $24.00 and then $68 and then asked for a premium of $174 and it’s been 9days nothing and I’ve been blocked from the live chat. I don’t need that store credit because I will never use them…..they are scammers and they won’t respond
